Wow, what a find! Who knew tucked away in a back corner of this tiny airport is a gem of a place to eat! We had a burger and... veggie sandwich and the triple fries. It was way too much food and tasted even better when we had the leftovers for dinner. Theflight deck will make our regular rotation of dining spots as we have become permanent residents of SLT. I?d give ZERO stars if I could?My wife and I have come to this establishment numerous times pre-COVID and after at the... conclusions to hikes above the airport; it?s nice and we?ve been treated courteously and promptly. Today, we had a hike and wewere excited to sit out on the deck on a nice day. I walked up to the bartender and advised her (Caucasian heavyset female inher late 40?s to early 50?s with long bleached hair) that we wanted to sit out on the deck (Duh?flight deck). She was soooooofricken rude and made a comment that we would be sitting in the sun (Duh?nice day) and I confirmed once again we had no problemsitting in the sun. When I confirmed we were happy with that, she made comments that the inside was busy, they were shortstaffed and she would get to us when she could in a very venomous nasty tone. Never had this response or attitude before andlast time I checked?it?s the Flight Deck?not the Flight Inside or Flight Interior and coincidentally they are under newownership. We packed our grip and went less than a mile a way to the Lake Tahoe Ale Worx at the ?Y?. They were happy to see usand customer service was a 10 plus! Don?t waste your time at the Flight Inside or Flight Interior or the witch behind the barwho is toooooooo busy and stressed about customers sitting on the FLIGHT DECK to enjoy the environment! We went there for lunch on Sunday during Memorial weekend. They seemed busy but not overwhelmed. Servers all seemed to be having... a good day as they were attentive and smiling through out our visit. The Reuben sandwich was excellent and steak and brie prettygood also. Read more

This is a fun place grab a drink and a bite. Patti, our server, was great- she made some good suggestions and was very... friendly. We had the rum punch- nothing says vacation like a tropical drink- and they were GOOD. We sat outside on an elevateddeck and watched the airplanes and helicopters.
