Open until 11:00 PM. Most restaurants in South Lake Tahoe is closed @ 9:00 PM. Their prepared iced tea, has a note of 1:20 PM... as expiration time. I don?t like soda, so this was minus for me. Overall a nice one for quick food. Read more
Don't let the nice building fool you... This place needs to teach it's employees how to serve customers. During my visit there... were obvious breakdown's in the food delivery process... at least 4 orders were wrong during my 20 minute wait for 2 sausageMcMuffin meals. Mine was luckily correct, yet the response from the employees to the customers was pathetic. I could go on andon but I won't. In conclusion, I blame the owners for their obvious price scalping and lack of training provided to employees. Read more
My take out order took so long. The bathroom were clean but I have to wait 15 minutes to get the floors dry before i can get in.
Not very clean. Almost every table had crumbs or leftover debris on it under around the seats nearby. The Young man was pleasant... at the counter and helpful. My burger was a bit overdone on the entire search conference and only warm barely warm mildly warm:-( and no soap in the men's bathroom. Pretty dirty windows. This was the worst McDonald?s I have ever been to. We are staying at the hotel in the parking lot and I thought it would be a... convenience but definitely was NOT! I went there myself for breakfast and the cashier was a young man with a lanyard with keyshanging out of his pocket. He helped everyone in front of me and when I walked up he immediately got on his phone and didn?t say?Hi? or anything. I gave him my order and he acted annoyed that I was even there. My food took over 15 minutes and this locationdoesn?t even have a drive thru and it wasn?t that crowded. Today because of having a young daughter we just wanted somethingquick for lunch and thought we would try again. My husband went inside and it was the same guy at the counter and he was rudeagain! My husband used the kiosk to order but it didn?t print a receipt so he went to the counter to ask for a copy and he justsaid ?it doesn?t always print.? And walked away!?. My husband was shocked. It took over 20 minutes to get our food and we onlyordered two meals! The fries were cold and chewy and our burgers were barely hot. DO NOT GO HERE! I waited about 45 minutes for an order but decided to leave due to the questionable processes in place. It did... not seem they practice any sort of good hygiene or cleanliness here. The employees will claim they are short staffed that?s whythey barely have time to wash their hands or properly prepare food orders. Typical McDonald?s in a tourist area. Pretty busy during lunch time. I placed an order for a few items but they were rung up in... favor to McDonald?s. For example, ordering a Big Mac meal and a medium coffee was rung up as Big Mac meal coffee drink upgradeand then an additional large drink. It costs about a dollar more and not a big deal, but it would be better simply taking thefood order as given. Regardless, the food was great like a normal McDonald?s and the prices were typical. When I went home to Mississippi, I always bragged on the food and service. Today?s visit was somewhat of a letdown. The food was... still good but the service and facility fell short of expectations. The back dining area smelled like the men?s restroom. Theservice was slow and seemed to have an attitude of not caring. The lady ahead of us was trying not to be frustrated but it wasobvious that she wasn?t happy. Again, the food was McDonald?s good. Read more
