I ordered a pizza here on door dash and waited an hour for them to tell me that it needs to be canceled.. I didn?t even get... reason why? this was dinner for my family and now it?s to late. A little communication wouldn?t hurt. I will not support thisbusiness anymore. Read more
Waited the estimated 1 hour, and another 20 min for delivery. (Unable to dine-in or pick up) phoned the restaurant and was told... food left 20 min prior. Waited another hour before we could reach someone (super busy on Sunday apparently) Manager informed usthat our order was void and that no further deliveries would be made. He did offer a refund & I believe his remorse &frustration was genuine. (Earned 1 Star) However, he should have contacted the delivery driver after the first call to inquireabout the delay. And then inform customers of a possibility of not receiving their order. (Would have been worth another 2stars) Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. Visiting from Texas and haven't had Round table in years. We drove from tahoma here... specifically for lunch... Dying for RT pizza! We were turned away. The man stated he was the only one working and he couldn'tpossibly take any more orders.! I've never heard of such a thing in my life. Nothing like turning away business...unprofessional and rude to say the LEAST! Not sure the owners were aware of how the business is being run. Hopefully they readthis. Read more
Good pizza but be prepared to pay more than the advertised price. We bought several personal pizzas with the advertised price... of $8.49 as a lunch special. The computer rang them up at $9.49 and we were told the computer price is the price we had to payor walk away. Bad customer service! Read more
Love this brand! When we visited the area, they treated us well, the online ordering worked perfectly, our food was ready, in... time & was delicious. My only constructive feedback was that the store was a bit dirty, but even that seems more indicative ofthe current difficulties in staffing, rather than lack of commitment to cleanliness. We definitely recommend this place. Read more
