One of the most memorable meals I?ve ever had. I dream of the momos (you can?t go wrong with either the veggie or chicken) from... here and partially want to take another trip to South Lake Tahoe just so I can eat here again. Everything was absolutelyfabulous, I truly wish I lived closer. Read more

We waited for one hour to get the dinner. They were definitely short of chefs. The steamed buns were very tasty. The butter... chicken was too buttery. The vegetable dish was so yummy. Read more

Fantastic food and excellent service. The entrees do take around an hour to make but our server told us this in advance as we... were ordering. My wife and I were fine with it as we were seated outside and it was a pleasant evening. Definitely get theMomo?s. You won?t be disappointed. Read more

The food was very similar to any Indian place. The chicken Momo's were different and that dish stood out from the rest it was... like a falafel chicken meatball dumpling, they were very good. Our order consisted of chicken Momo's, chana masala, 3 orders ofgarlic naan, chicken biryani, raita and a side order of basmati rice. Our waitress expected us to order more but all that weordered filled us up quite well. All orders are All La Carte, It is a bit more pricey than the prices I'm used to our total wasabout 85 dollars. The restaurant itself was decorated nicely but if I was in the area again I would not return unless I wantedchicken Momo's. Everything else is very simple food my family and I know how to make charged at a ridiculous price. Read more

Food was delicious We ordered Vegetable momos, Veg chow chow, Himalayan chai, Vegetable pakora, Garlic naan and Dal. Momos was... outstanding. Chow chow was basically soupy maggi noodles ( Indian ramen) Pakora was fresh and crispy Garlic naan was really goodand dal was average. Worst part was the wait time (60 mins + for main course) maybe it was due to the weekend..? But outdoorseating in Tahoe helps in passing time. Will visit again. 4/5 Read more

The indoor seating is a little shady, but the outdoor is ok. Not very clean though. The food is nice. Authentic and tasty.... Beware of the spice level. The price is way too much. Read more

I have been to more Indian restaurants than I could count. It's my favorite cuisine. This restaurant provided a beautifully... presented, deliciously created dish that would certainly cute any Indian food craving. The only bad part of our experience wasthe wait (30 minutes from time of order), the lack of rice with a main dish (like Chicken Tikka Masala, it must be orderedseparately) and the price. The cost was $15 for just the chicken dish, $4-5 for bread, $4 for a small cup of chai and rice at $4extra dollars. The taste was great but the cost is still a factor. The building is creatively arranged and pleasurableatmosphere. And... the restrooms are amazingly clean and smell fantastic (in my experience these typically are the most dirtyand forsaken parts of Indian restaurants). Read more

The food here was fresh and delicious and we have plans to return! We ordered the butter chicken, chicken mummo(sp?), garlic... naan, rice, and the lamb korma. The butter chicken had such a unique flavor, I can?t quite pinpoint it. It was justtasty???????? My husband and I have had so many butter chickens in our day????, and this one might be second best. (One of thebest IMHO is from My Lahore in Manchester, England). Anywho, the restaurant was clean, service was good, prices were ok. My onlynegative thing to say is the chairs were kind of uncomfortable, but I think some places don?t want you to get too comfy! ????Also parking was on the street, which might be tricky at times. Definitely try this place???????? Read more
