Very bad experience. Badly made subs and also poorly packed. We ordered 4 foot longs and asked for them to be packed in... separately as 2 6 inch subs. The lady charged us for 8, 6 inches instead of 4 foot longs which is almost double the price. Veryunprofessional and bad service. Wouldn?t go here again. Read more
This place is absolutely horrible. I go there at 9:45 15 minutes before they close and they have already closed. The worst part... is that there is an employee there cleaning up who sees me knocking and makes a shooing gesture. An other thing that washorrible was that I just spent 2 hours trying to get out of North Star (Which is my favorite ski resort by far) and wasstarving. This place is horrible if your going to go here go find a Starbucks or a different Subway please. Read more
2nd time in three weeks that ive come here. i have worked at restaurants for 8 years. none of the employees were wearing gloves... (covid times) and then handling my food....they were extremely rude, they got my order wrong both times i went there. theirmasks didnt even cover their noses, my "toasted" sub was just warmed up for 10 seconds. they seemed annoyed at the fact that ieven entered the building. if that was the restaurant i worked at, i would have been fired the same day. you need a new nightshift because that experience was garbage. the fact that those guys are employed is astonishing. i miss the old crew, these guyssuck and are rude while doing so. as a local who loves subway, im definitely not coming back Read more
First of all the place is a mess and was kinda dirty. But the thing I can?t stress enough was the fact that I ordered a... ?toasted? sandwich and they put it in the toaster for 3 seconds and took it out. Like what? You don?t know how to toast a subwaysandwich? As you can see in the picture they did a horrible job assembling the sandwiches and toasting it. I wanted the cheesemelted why would I ask for toast if it?s not melted. The workers working there was also very questionable. One guy kept puttingthe wrong ingredients cause he ?heard wrong?. My friend would order some tomatoes and he would put mayo on the sandwich. Likewhat? If you didn?t hear properly ask again. And another employee just didn?t listen and looked like she dozed off when I wasordering. Subway is one my favorite and to go place but I am giving this one 2 stars not because of service over but because of Subway it... self. There was a huge que and only one person was working and plus he had to make those online ordered sandwiches. This poorfellow was so busy and working and working. There were no help for him which cost us time. Subway managers please put morepeople in your outlets. Read more
