This taco bell is always great, atmosphere is wonderful, service is fast and friendly with a very energetic atmosphere.
Its as good as Taco Bell gets. Take that for what it's worth. I usually give people faith by telling them that the only fast... food places in Tahoe that have somehow managed to reatain 95% or more of their staff are the two Taco Bell locations. I haveDoordashed in this town for years and I would say over a quarter of my 4000+ deliveries have been from Taco Bell. I never haveto worry about anything with either location. Their managers are there when it's busy, the entire staff has smiles and worksfast, and the orders come out perfectly. If it doesn't, tell someone and they will remake it. These types of places care moreabout a customer's review (wink wink) than the cost of the food they serve. Haha Read more
Honestly, I haven't been happy with the menu changes. Taco bell comes out with awesome additions to their menu and then takes... them away! I understand the concept of having seasonal items to bring in more customers, but if it is something that fits andworks, then don't "fix it" once again. I mean a great staple if taco bells was once the Mexican pizza and about 7 years ago theydecided to take it off the menu. Then, just about a month ago they bring the Mexican pizza back and then take it back! Just notgood business topped with a faulty app that gives customers options that aren't things that the staff are familiar with NOR canthey input it in the register when the app fails to send it to the store to be made!! Terribly slow service. The coffee I ordered was only partially full and not flavored properly. When complained about it one of... the employees made a dismissive shrug and said "Sorry" and didn't plan to remake it. That didn't go over well. The coffee wasremade. Amazing service and very well put together. Absolutely best taco bell I've ever been to hands down.
The store is a little hard to find it?s easy to drive right on by. Store is very clean and sanitized. I used the kiosk the... order and pay and I had my order within five or six minutes. The food is what was expected for Taco Bell. Staff is friendly.Trying to navigate your way out of the parking lot is challenging because you go down the small alley through residential area.
