This is a wonderful out of the way place to enjoy a delicious breakfast where everything is homemade. The owner is super... friendly and sweet. You can dine al fresco under the beautiful trees out side the quaint restaurant or take a seat inside.Either way you will be delighted with the menu options offered. I love this place?? Read more

Such a wonderful cafe! They got us seated earlier than expected, and were very nice! Diane is a sweetheart, and the food is... truly "made with love." We got 5 breakfast dishes and a salad -- they were all tasty and great portion sizes! On top of afantastic brunch experience, there is an additional bonus with the view from the lovely outdoor seating :) Read more

Absolutely deserving of the rating! Staff was friendly and food was delicious! Only complaint would be the wait but even then... it?s definitely worth the wait! I had the deluxe eggs Benedict and I have no complaints. If you have the chance you should dropby. I do recommend calling ahead to make a reservation. Read more

Hands down the absolute best breakfast in the Tahoe basin,I had the chicken fried steak and eggs and it was perfect, the country... style potatoes were seasoned oh so good. If you're coming thru Meyers it's a must have breakfast. Pretty much everything is inhouse made and delicious. Read more

It is busy at lunchtime, but fortunately you can always order to go. The food was absolutely the best, the burrito and the... sauces were better than at any of the Mexican restaurants I tried this year. The coconut french toast was yummy. Serving sizesare large, two persons can share most dishes served here without staying hungry. Dogs need to stay outside, but plenty of seatsare in front of the restaurants for the sunny days. Chilaquiles, breakfast quesadilla, coconut cream banana French toast, sunrise mimosas, food is to die for and worth every minute... of your drive to get here. The owner is so sweet, came and talked with us at our table, we definitely will be back for anotherbreakfast/brunch, but the lunch and entrées sounded just as good. Great stop on the way to or from Kirkwood also!! Read more

Fully deserving 5 star. This is what makes reviews magic, a little hidden and found 5 star dining in a cozy shop with an owner... that genuinely cares. Came here after a busy day 5 minutes before they closed (didn't realize it) and they could not have beenmore delightful, I rarely review but they for sure deserve it. I would have food photos of my massive bacon maple French toastbut I dug into it too fast. Was insanely good. Read more

Tiny little place that we almost missed ????. So glad they were open. And on the westbound side as I didn't want to cross that... busy road. But I had probably the best bowl of chili ever! Slightly thick sauce and meaty and beany and tasty and spicy, without sending me to ER! And the turkey Club sandwich was full and delicious too. Coffee was hot and plentiful as well. Read more
