Definitely a five star Japanese restaurant! We were sitting in front of the chef Cesar. We ordered Omakase and the food was... presented to us course by course. Presentation was brilliant. Fish was so fresh. Chef was so fun to talk to. He painted lots ofpaintings on the wall. An culinary artist. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves Sushi. AMAZING SUSHI! EXCELLENT SERVICE! The tall Caucasian female with the glasses is so sweet. The sushi on the appetizer menu was 20... stars! I ordered the Surf and Turf rolls! So delicious. Ambiance: Beautiful fish tank! It has that old, woody American-Mountaintown vibe w/ excellent Asian infusion menu! Loved the Lechee Martini and hot Sakis. Nice and interesting clientele.
