Deep dish, 8 corner pizza was FABULOUS. Veggies fresh. Meat toppings were tasty. Crust was flavorful and crunchy

We get pizza a lot from here.. however it’s really annoying how you pay for something super simple… then it’s not... received.. happens all the time.. so I called and was nice and explained the situation and asked for a solution. What I get inreturn is “oh well, sometimes the driver forgets.. okay bye” no kind of costumer service of any type anymore. Read more

Absolutely worst place to go. I ultimately double paid them and explained to them what happened…. Says there’s nothing they... can do about it. Had to call my bank and now In the middle of an investigation for fraudulent activity. Then it will takeanother 10 days for me to receive my money back. All because the managers allow there associates to do refunds. I was even toldby the manager that the young lady did the refund wrong and they would pay me back in cash. I get there and they say they did itright and now it’s not their problem. It’s my banks problem. Called my bank and they said the transaction was pending to gothrough of me paying this money and nothing is in my account to show a refund is pending. As a manager nothing but apologiesshould’ve been acceptable. Instead I received everything but an apology and that this was all my fault. Do not go here. Read more

Ordered for the first time using text, cool service and that’s where the positive ends. Just ordered a Jet Bread and it stated... it would be 45 minutes. I arrived in 30 anticipating a wait. The food was ready which made me nervous that it wouldn’t befresh. Got it home and it is clear that this was sitting in their heater well before I placed my order. The cheese was very dry,bread was stale and chewy, and it was barely warm. This was not freshly made! Read more

Not impressed, and it's not even about the pizza. Ordered the pickup, went into the store 10 mins early, told please wait. Ok,... no problem. 20 mins went by no one called my name, went up to the counter and another guy asked my name and retrieved the pizzafrom the warmer!! Come on dude. Went home and pizza was not even cut. I shall not return. Read more

Salad and Breadsticks are decent , but for some reason our Deep Dish is super thin about a quarter inch thick and just does not... taste normal. This location has disappointed me before. Will not return. Read more

Ordered 2 subs. Ham and cheese and steak and cheese with extra meat. My sub (the ham and cheese (had one slice of ham and had... to take off 1/2 in on each side to get to that one thin slice of ham and cheese). Steak sub with extra meat (literally a 10.00sub) had barely any meat and again had to take off 1/2 inch on each side to find the steak and cheese). Called and spoke tomanager. He said “what do you want? Remake or credit?” And then hing up..No sorry ruined your meal, what can we do tomake it better? I am fantastic cook but we are trying support local business and eat carry out locally every Thursday at aminimum and trying to more often but things like this make it hard to keep trying to do our part. 25.00 for 2 subs thatweren’t edible and poor customer service. Too many option for pizza and subs on South Lyon to offer this kind of service. Read more
