I am absolutely disgusted by this location. I have ordered subs there for years. The past 4 months every time I order a sub with... no vegetables, they put veggies on it and no sauce. Today I ordered a sub with no veggies and they put onions on it. When Icalled to let them know what was happening, they told me that they thought I only meant no lettuce and tomato when I said noveggies. Obviously, this is ridiculous. I took the sub back in to get the right one, and they insisted I give them the old oneback. Clearly, that could have been given to somebody different, but she refused to give me the new sub without the old onebeing given back even though they admitted to putting onions on it. She literally threw it away right in front of me. That is soincredibly wasteful. I'm a regular customer and clearly not trying to get a free sub out of them. There were six people behindthe counter, and with all of their heads combined, still did not understand that an onion does not constitute as cheese or meat.My mind is blown. Read more

I've ordered from here multiple times. They haven't gotten any of the orders correct (multiple sandwiches made incorrectly each... time). Jimmy talk to your employees.I just want my sandwiches made correctly please Read more

I called the store today to make a simple order once again they can?t get it right I just don?t understand as easy as it is to... make a sandwich why they can?t understand this is not the first time this is a reoccurring issue I try to keep my business localespecially with the way things are but I was told today if I don?t like their sandwiches I don?t have to come back so their wishis my command we will not be back the girl on the phone when I asked her her name kept saying um um um um so I finally asked herare you trying to think of a name to give me and she said no my name is Lisa which I highly doubt I asked her for the corporatenumber and she told me they don?t have one I asked to talk to a store manager and she said everybody that was working there is astore manager which is very hard for me to believe so all I have to say is Jimmy John?s you better do some heavy work in thestore because I?m reading your reviews and it looks like you?re on your way to go under I will not be back and believe me I willtell everybody I come across that a deal and south Lyon Jimmy John?s good luck . I could explain in detail my dissatisfaction with this store but I think the most recent reviews do so for me. Hands down, the... worst Jimmy Johns I?ve ever dealt with. It?s only been 2 times and both times resulted in no food and refunds. Whoever theowner(s) are of this franchise must not know how their business is being ran or frankly, just don?t care. I frequent other JimmyJohns quite frequently for my employees and never have a problem. This store needs some attention to say the least. Read more

Food is good. People are nice. Very disappointed that they only deliver within a half mile from the store while their website... says 2 miles. I called for delivery being only 2 miles away and they refused to deliver even though the last time they did. Asa result they have missed out on several high dollar group orders. Read more

My family visited this location and ordered at the drive thru, there were no other customers at the drive thru or in the store... before or after our visit. We ordered three sandwiches, chips and cookies. The order took over 15 minutes to complete includingseveral minutes to try to get someone's attention to take my order at the drive in.  I had to knock on the window to try to getupdates on the order because I truly thought they forgot about us sitting there waiting, I would have left but I had alreadybeen charged. When I complained and was going to ask for a refund the employee Carlos lost it on me and told me they were"understaffed and overworked and if I didn't like the wait I could go somewhere else" all in front of my family. Additionallyall three sandwiches were made incorrectly and one was the complete wrong sandwich from what was ordered. I understand there isa staffing shortage nationwide, I also understand they probably had delivery orders they were making but none of that excusesthe way this was handled and the poor level of customer service and quality of the product. I asked for extra sauce, extra hot peppers and extra mayo on the Spicy East Coast...got 6 hot peppers which seems like the usual... amount got a little mayo and exactly zero sauce. Pretty annoying. This is the usual thing from this location which is why Idon't go very often. Would definitely go more if the product was how I asked for it. Quality of food is good. Service isfast...not super friendly though. Read more

Tonight was not good. Ordered a regular Turkey Tom and an unwich Turkey Tom. When I walked in and as I was ordering, a girl... began cleaning underneath the containers that hold the sandwich condiments (lettuce, onions, mayo, etc). As they were pulled outwater dripped on the area where the sandwiches were made. She was scrubbing around in the recessed areas that held thecontainers. These areas contained some really bad looking water and scale looking stuff. She replaced the containers but did notwipe or clean the water off the sub making area. I stood there watching this and before she could lay the lettuce down in thewater I ask her if she could clean that area. She gave me a quick, annoyed glance and without saying a word, grabbed "a" jimmyjohns napkin (1) and wiped once across the water. I couldn't believe it; she never said anything and proceeded to lay thelettuce for the unwich in that disgusting water and then laid the bun in it on the second sandwich! I should have ask for mymoney back but I was stunned. I watched her make her portion of my order and before the sandwich was completely made,disappeared in the back. I was going to ask for my money back but she and the register girl were gone. Just took the sandwichesand left. Wife and I were hungry but the leaves of lettuce used for wrapping the sandwich had brown spots on and the bun waswet. Didn't bother with them after I got home. We were really wanting some Jimmy Johns tonight! Oh well...Crummy service, crummysandwiches, unsanitary conditions!
