Ordered 2 separate orders with 2 phones one for my family with my phone which I had with me when picking up the order and one... for my roommate, I did not have his phone just his code. Was told that they couldn't find either order code, and after arguingwith me that there's no way I could have ever picked up an order without the phone in my possession before (which I've donemultiple times by just providing the code) I asked him to cancel my order, he says "well honestly I dont have your orders soplease leave" When I asked if this is really how you treat your regular customers who have been coming to this location for adecade, I was told "uhh, yep!" My card was charged for the amount of the order and I tried to cancel the order in the app butstill don't have my money back. The jerk I dealt with in the drivethru on 9/2 at 7:30pm needs a lesson in customer service! Read more
Consistently very slow drive through. About 1/3 of the time the order that gets delivered is wrong or missing items. Wish... there was a good alternative on the South end of town. Read more
Service is generally good and fast and the food is generally hot and fresh. My issue is the iced tea always looks either murky... or like it was made using yesterday's tea bags. I have asked (over many many months) what is going on with the tea? Why does ittaste like water? When will it get fixed? To get a consistent answer of I think it's fine or I don't know or I didn't knowanything was wrong with it. This has been going on for a long time. The thing that makes McDonald's successful is consistencyacross many locations and customers know what to expect and expect what they want. Decided to download and use the McDonalds app to order breakfast ahead for my arrival. When my order was input, the app... explained I should submit, text them when I arrive, and THEN they would start making my order. I called the location to ask whyI should use the app if they weren?t going to start my order until I got there. The employee explained the app would detect myarrival, start my order, and ask me which parking spot I was in. When we arrived, we were not detected, but I pressed ?I?malready here? and told the app what space I was in. I'm going to quit going to McDonalds all together. It's really gone down hill with service and quality of food. Never get my... order right and hot food is served cold. At one location the trainer training a trainee took my order and got it all wrong. Goodway to train new people when the Trainer can't even get it done right. Read more
Stopped inside for lunch, food was tasty, prepared right and served hot without any problems. Clean inside and out including the... restrooms! Plenty of parking however drive tru traffic can impede backing out from parking spot. Read more
