I hate to say it but I did not like this place at all. If you?re looking for an alternative to Sagano or Benihana, this is far... from that. The hibachi meals were bland and under seasoned?the noodles were just flavorless spaghetti noodles. The yum yum saucewas literally just mayo mixed with ketchup. They forgot a sushi roll, and the one we did get wasn?t what we ordered. It justwasn?t good. Most of the reviews are positive so maybe it was just a bad night? sushi was absolutely amazing the portion sizes were very good, cute little atmosphere and the hibachi was amazing. 10/10... recommend to any sushi lover. Also highly recommend the Pontiac roll and the Godzilla roll. Read more
Wonderful restaurant. I was very intrigued when I heard we were finally getting a Sushi/Hibachi style food place. Just fyi it's... sit down, not actual Hibachi grill, but that doesn't matter IMO. The food is still top quality and delicious. I love this place.I HIGHLY recommend the noodle dishes. You'll get a good meal whether you choose steak or chicken with it. And the staff hasalways been very nice to me. I always try and stop by if I'm rolling back through the Home Town for work or whatnot. Read more

This unassuming, charming strip mall sushi spot is perfection! Delicately cooked appetizers and amazingly clean and fresh sushi.... I love this place and highly recommend the spring rolls! Read more
Sorry for the drop down to 2 stars but I'm sitting in the bathroom in a bad way.. Previous review First the portions were very... small. They were tiny little rolls but were both good. I had the yellow tail and spicy tuna. The miso was very good. I was theonly one dining in but the lady (I assume one of the owners) was juggling the large amount of take out and my table just fineand was very polite. So glad to finally have a sushi restraunt here in South Lyon! Price wise they are middle of the road with nothing outrageously... expensive or questionably cheap. Quality was good, though too much sauce on the special rolls for my taste. While miso is hardto mess up very few places around here do it so well. It was flavorful with a wonderful balance of salty to sweet and freshingredients. While sushi is rarely something where portion size is a factor, I have to say they pack their rolls! Sorry to say, but the hibachi steak used to be so freaking good and tasty. But the past few times has been a let down. Couldn't... chew it all the way and spit it out. For 30 bucks on door dash, this is my last time I try. Gave 2 stars because I really likethe owners since day 1. Read more
