Ever since their staff and management changed, their customer service completely went downhill. They are rude and impatient and... go out of their way to do as little as possible. It's like they intentionally try to make the minimum money they can. If youwant to pay with the app or a gift card, or even buy gift cards for that matter, they act like it's the biggest inconvenienceever, even when they arent busy. I tried to purchase 4 gift cards and they told me it was impossible, they can't process thatmany, and they were only trying to help me keep my card from being declined. Granted if this was true, there are many ways thiscould be solved (pay with cash, use different credit cards, etc) but it was clear they did not even want to make an effort. Iwent up the road to New Hudson Starbucks and they completed my transaction fast and with a smile. Read more

It amazes me how beautiful a soul is to talk to when you visit that one particular store that will make you feel welcome to come... back, over and over again. Yes, most stores give you what you want, but it?s always that person that has that smile and glow ofmaking you feel comfortable, joy, and happiness that makes us come back. Dear Desirae, If you really hate your job that much don?t come in! You ruined my morning with your piss poor attitude. Not to... mention you burnt my spinach wrap to where I can?t even eat it. On top of this you didn?t even look at me when you asked me whatI wanted. You couldn?t get your nose out of your book. Then as I tried telling you politely what I want you proceeded to rollyour eyes at me and speak to me all snarky and rude. You need respect for your self and the company you work for. You don?tdeserve the job you have at all. If you can?t work with public in the morning just don?t do it. Period.
