Stopped here to use the bathroom for 2 mins and apparently they were closed but the doors were unlocked, so I was followed... outside by a teenage girl who yelled that I cannot come inside a building when its closed, even though the doors were open & nohours were posted on said door. Terrible experience. One person in line ahead of me, and took them 15 minutes before they even took my order. One girl making... all the smoothies, two other girls would just dissapear. It's not really there fault we go to deliver some one already took the order, they made another one, when I dropped off just our... order was there. You guys need to get more organized. I ordered through the mobile app earlier this afternoon. The app told me that it would be... ready at 1:22pm. I got there a little after 1:27 and they told me that it was not ready. I was upset because my order said thatit would have been ready by now, and I was on lunch at my job and wanted to be able to enjoy my lunch before going back to work.The cashier asked for identification on my order and come to find out, the order was sitting on the back of the counter. Nevergot put out on the shelf. Just sitting there and getting cold. I understand when businesses are short staffed. Trust me. Butthat was just a lack of organization on their part. Ordered the Island Chicken quesadilla and the Three Cheese Chicken quesadilla tonight for dinner. Not only did they not even... come close to how the quesadillas look on your menu, there was NO CHICKEN in the 3 cheese! Took back to the store to have themremake but it wasnt much better.
