NEGATIVE RATING! Drive thru workers (1 looked completely stoned) watched me walk to the door to see if it was open, then when I... walked back to tell the others with me it?s open, they (girl with pink hair) locked the door. This was 6:30pm on 9/10/22 whenthe website said open to 11pm. Really, you couldn?t have just said you were closing? Don?t blame a staff shortage b/c I couldsee several people ?working?. The worst part is the worker?s friends in the drive thru who were holding up the line chitchatting preceded to harass me & flip me off just for trying to go inside. I was actually scared b/c you don?t know what peoplewill do anymore. If there is surveillance footage, I would urge Wendy?s to watch it to see how your customers are treated & thatyour staff won?t work. UNACCEPTABLE! Read more
Literally THE worst Wendy's. I wish corporate would step in and take over. I just picked up food from there. I ordered a Dave's... Juicy Double and a 6 piece chicken nugget. Got home, the burger was drowning in mayo. They gave me a 4 piece chicken nuggetinstead of 6 and they were ice cold. Not even luke warm. Of course no receipt was given. Do I waste $3 in gas for $2 chickennuggets or just chalk it up as the current decline in the food industry brought on by the pandemic and inflation. Read more
Pulled through last night around 7:30pm. The man on the other end of the speak was very curt. Didnt recieve a greeting, just cut... me off immediately to say that they were only taking mobile orders. I won't ever try my luck here again. Went right down thestreet to Culver's. Read more
This is the absolute worst fast food restaurant that I've been in. After a while of this place being drive thru only, I was... happy to find out you can finally order inside only to see a terrible sight. There were flies all over the place, they wereover the counter, and landing on people such as myself. It was also pretty filthy and the food was pretty bad. I won't be eatinghere again. Sorry. We ordered breakfast, had a 5 min wait, because they were near the end of breakfast and switching to lunch. which I was okay... with, because a lot of fast food restaurants do this. Placed a mobile order for pick up sat in line for 20 minutes just to be told they did not get my order refused to help with a... solution and told me I was holding up the drive thru, I asked if Lobby was open to go in and double check and show them my orderconfirmation, not the first time this has happened at this location, but person operating the drive through was very rudeignored my questions and emphasized that I was holding up the line. thank goodness the bank was able to give me a refund butwill find a different location to go to from now on Read more
The drive thru is so ridiculously slow at this particular location. They purposely take one customers order at a time and do not... take the next until that person is already driving away with their food. I?ve worked at enough drive thru?s to know that this isnot how it should be done. On top of the wait, the employees are often rude and snappy and the food doesn?t take like it does atother Wendy?s. Everything that goes in the fryer taste like nasty old grease. Usually it?s cold too and I?ve had my order messedup several times. I wish this location would get better, as I love Wendy?s but will not be back to this particular location. Read more
