I walked in this morning to purchase a sandwich on a bagel and immediately turned and walked out the door . The place is a... total mess , very dirty , needs to be shut down and scrubbed. Worst, most disrespectful place I have ever been. The coffee is amazing though, which is why I put my self thru this service.... Don?t ever show up 30 mins to an hr before they close, they will be talking under their breathe about people walking in, whilethey are still open! Don?t ask for anything that is. Not on the counter, they hate to do their job. And I think the closingduties are primarily done after the store is closed. Again, great coffee. Read more
Ouch?we walked out the second I saw an employee that was handling the register grabbing an already touched sandwich from a... customer to re-toast it with a glove that had a hole in each finger due to her two inch nails. She touched the customers bagelwith her bare fingertips and gave it to another employee to throw in to toast where they had other customers fresh bagelsgetting toasted. The smell in the facility was strong. No one charged gloves. The front door was FILLED with dirty fingerprints.The bagel racks were all empty and it was only 8:40am. Just unsanitary and gross. Staff are fast and friendly. Most importantly they don't go cheap on the lox like some other places. They stuff in a good amount... of slices. Very worth it for the price. Read more
The bagels of course are really good! The service was really good just a little slow (most places have been affected by... workers). They have an indoor and an outdoor eating area. Prices are fair. Parking is limited but there's a lot of city parkingaround t he area. We would definitely go back. Here is a tip if you want 3 free bagels. On your next visit, save your receiptand take the survey ! Great location, Staff member that took care of us was extremely rude. Establishment is dirty and outdated. We sat outside to... enjoy south Floridas weather and sat in a rust old chair that cut my girlfriends leg and ripped her pants. After telling thestore about it there answer to us was. What do you want us to do about it. The chair is old. With so many great options aroundDade county I would not recommend this location. Establishment needs plenty of training. Read more
My family & I came @ a very, busy time of day. Sunday @ 11:30. The salmon & cream & everything bagel was very ???? yummy;... however, the iced Chai tea latte was not...I have never tasted anything like it before & one of the other drinks we ordered wasincorrectly made as well. The breakfast burritos (2) were not heated all the way - cold spots & had to be sent back. And couldnot sit inside & it was a very, hot day. Dirty, rude and uncaring staff. I have seen this location decline more and more over the last 15 or so years. It?s a shame that... they cannot keep up the same standards as the rest of South Miami businesses. Read more
