Worst experience at this store. Placed an order not realizing the store closes at 4.. immediately called to cancel and they said... they will fulfill the order anyway. I received a notification that my order has been delivered and it wasn't.. Almost 2 hourslater they delivered my order. Read more
Walked in and had to wait 3 minutes to even speak to someone only to find out they have no bread available... doesn?t seem like... something a professional sandwich restaurant should ever run out of. One employee had his mask off around food and the othertwo did not seem to be doing anything while I was waiting. Love Jimmy Johns, but respectfully do not love this location. Read more
I hate writing negative reviews for a business but i just had to. I haven't eaten at a Jimmy Johns in like 2 years i have eaten... at the one in Hallandale Beach a couple of times i always order the same sandwich and its always packed and flavorful and thiswas the first time since then. Delivery was prompt! Sand which was very nicely wrapped. While it was still wrapped up i noticedthe sandwich was very flat. The bread was doughy and had no taste so i just removed the meat and ate that and the lettuce. Thesandwich was skimpy on the meat, the lettuce was good, i asked for heavy oil and vinegar and didn't get it. Maybe someone newwas there? or they where low on supplies and trying to stretch it? Maybe the franchisee is new and inexperienced im not surewhat happened but the ball was dropped somewhere. I was actually going to ask other people from the office if they wantedanything there when i was ordering. But im glad that i didnt ask. The quality made me feel like someone went to the dollarstore bought stuff and made me a sandwich. Read more
The food is great here, and it's always fresh! And I love all of the signs.
We have lunch delivered to our office at least once a week. The variety, fresh ingredients and simple goodness of JJ subs... reminds me of the delicious sandwiches I would get at my West Coast hometown Greek Deli a long, long, long, long time ago.Everyone is pleasant and speaks English or are fully bilingual so ordering over the telephone is effortless and quick.
