Honestly if I can give it a 0 rating I would? every time my fiancé and I go to this Taco Bell location, there is always... something. A couple of days ago we tried to make two separate orders. (Yes I understand some places don?t except that) but thelobby wasn?t open. When we asked the employee was extremely rude. I decided to call the store to talk to a manager and she saidthey were short staffed and there wasn?t anything they can do about it. Which is understandable but when lobby is closed thereis only so much we can do. Don?t have all of this money to pay for everyone. I?ve never had an issue doing two separate orders.Which again confused on why they can?t do that. Literally treating it as another car. Tonight when we went though around 6:45 wewere waiting in line for a bit. When we got up to order the person came on and said ?we don?t have anymore food?. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!I waited to long to make my order by driving through. It was nobody there because the order girls were... outside smoking cigarette and laughing, the black girl and the other fat and curly girl. I made two rounds by car and stillnobody there. The manager never sent the order to the line .When asked the manager how much longer. He said he was leaving and I had to ask... someone on the line and he walked out of the building . Waiting 45 minutes. The only guy in TB that helped us and was Santos .Heapologized and quickly made our order. People like Santos should be the manager.
