Honestly if I can give it a 0 rating I would? every time my fiancé and I go to this Taco Bell location, there is always... something. A couple of days ago we tried to make two separate orders. (Yes I understand some places don?t except that) but thelobby wasn?t open. When we asked the employee was extremely rude. I decided to call the store to talk to a manager and she saidthey were short staffed and there wasn?t anything they can do about it. Which is understandable but when lobby is closed thereis only so much we can do. Don?t have all of this money to pay for everyone. I?ve never had an issue doing two separate orders.Which again confused on why they can?t do that. Literally treating it as another car. Tonight when we went though around 6:45 wewere waiting in line for a bit. When we got up to order the person came on and said ?we don?t have anymore food?. We questionedit and they said ?I don?t think you understand we don?t have food?. Confused. Extremely rude. Won?t be having our service. Read more
WORST SERVICE EVER!!!I waited to long to make my order by driving through. It was nobody there because the order girls were... outside smoking cigarette and laughing, the black girl and the other fat and curly girl. I made two rounds by car and stillnobody there. Then i wanted to make my order at the window and they didn't accept to take the order there. It was a blondie oldwoman who refused to tell me her name because i told her i would complain about her. The manager never sent the order to the line .When asked the manager how much longer. He said he was leaving and I had to ask... someone on the line and he walked out of the building . Waiting 45 minutes. The only guy in TB that helped us and was Santos .Heapologized and quickly made our order. People like Santos should be the manager. We placed an order online for three box meals, and when we got to the store, the guy said he wasn?t making our food because no... body showed up for their evening shift. Mind you this was an hour before closing time, and I can?t imagine he coincidentallyjust closed the store when we got there - so probably sitting on the clock doing jack. Today(9/14/22), I decided to give this Taco Bell another chance. I ordered on the mobile app and went to pick it up. It was at... mid-afternoon. When I got there, I noticed 2 school busses in the parking lot and I thought it's going to take forever. Butit was just a little slow in the drive-thru lane. By the time I got to the window the food was ready. I took it home and wasvery impressed by how good it tasted. If I have a craving for Taco Bell, I'll try to remember to go during the day. My recentexperience was not good. I ordered through the app as usual. There was a car ahead of me, and that was it. Before I even hada chance to say that this was a mobile order, I was told that there were only two employees working there that evening, and thatit may take some time to fill out my order. It wasn't that busy, which made me wonder if the restaurant had gained a reputationfor poor quality. My hunch may be right. What I had ordered, and what I received were two different things. The drive through window guy gave me the wrong food. It tasted terrible. The beans were in a big clump as well as the burrito. I... ordered 2 Pinto's and cheese and a burrito with the color chip things in it. Didn't get that type of burrito. It was awful Read more
