Great food but Will nickel and dime you on the extras. Expected bill may be significantly higher if you plan to modify your meal... at all (ask along the way if things are costing extra, a lot of them do and they won't tell you until it's time to swipe yourcard). I had ordered a sweet pork burrito using DoorDash, I had eaten a little more than half of my food and there was a dead ladybug... in my pico de gallo. When the food had arrived it was completely sealed with the lid on top and in a bag, so I know it hadhappened at the restaurant. ???? Read more
Always delicious eating here! The food was great! The only part they could improve is the horchata and the limeade. Those are... white people versions and not authentic Mexican versions. Doesn?t mean they are bad it just means they have a different tastethan what you?d expect. Read more
I was very disappointed in my dinner tonight. My quesadilla looked like it had been sitting out for a few hours. There was... hardly any cheese in it. What little cheese that was in it was hard. The chicken was completely dry and just fell out of thetortilla. I picked up a piece of the chicken to eat it but it was hard as a rock. I couldn't eat it. I ordered another shreddedchicken quesadilla and asked for no lettuce, pico, or sour cream but it was loaded with lettuce, pico, and sour cream. Completewaste of money. If I would give zero stars I would..I got numerous gift cards for Christmas for Cafe Rio..I was not impressed with the... food..Some of the issues: got the ends of the onion in the salad, got the core of the lettuce. Second time around in the new location. Never called to complain. Both times I had missing ingredients and was over charged for... double meat and never got it. Staff is unprofessional. Horrible expirences both time. Do not recommend. The owner needs to fireeveryone and get a new manager. If this continues then clearly shows the owner isn?t committed, to customersatisfaction. Our food was cold and very wet? the last picture is how much juice was in the bottom of my salad.. UNDER the tortilla. It was... very soggy. However it still tasted ok. Read more
I like this location as there is a drive through which is super convenient when you don't want to get out in the cold. I love... the salads and the burrito. The staff are friendly, helpful, and the service is quick. I haven't been inside this location so Ican't speak on that. Read more
