Worst customer service this is not the first time that this manager has been both rude to me as a customer but rude to... employees. My order was messed up so I went inside to get order corrected. Manager asked and Wanted the sandwich back to ad themissing items instead of making a new one and then threw away wrong made item and entered it in the system as a promotionalsale. Read more
This is the second time I have gone to this McDonald?s and they once again have gotten the order wrong. I?m sorry but why is it... so hard to read a screen and make an order. It?s so disappointing to spend money on food and when you get home it?s wrong.Honestly I think that the management should take a little bit more pride in what there store produces and hold themselves andthere employees a little it more accountable for the quality of food that they are producing for there customers. It?s not fairthat consumers are spending there money on food that?s inconsistent and wrong more than half the time. Consistency should bepriority 1 and getting the order correct should follow. I had gotten dropped off and was on foot and the door was unlocked but lobby was closed. The manager told me they were closed... and asked if I had a vehicle. I told her no and she let me order inside the lobby and got me my food. Super cool of them causeevery other food place within walking distance was closed and I was starving. Read more
My son was hungry and I look and see they are open 24hrs so we drive there and wait in line. Car in front of us struggles... ordering and takes a few minutes and when we pull up the lights go off. Then a lady comes on to tell me they are closed, iinform her I?ve been waiting and she says I can come back in the morning. I?ve probably been to this location over a thousandtimes and I will never be back now. I work in customer service and never would it be ok to tell a customer who has been waitingtough luck. Read more
I used mobile order here and they refused to give me my food even tho I have payed with card. They wanted cash. They "claimed"... that the order is pending like it does for alot of ppl then charges it. The manager there was rude and did not solve the issueof the stolen money that was taken away from me since I got double charged because of cash i had to pay to get the food. Shejust showed me away and told me to call corporate. Nothing was solved and I got home and got a receipt stating that my card wascharged. Ik that this happens to some people that I know for a world wide company tp do this I bet there making millions indoing this. Read more
Nice new style of restaurant/ fast food joint good service, food prepared properly, attentive employees love this spot.
This location skimped out on everything. Then to top it all off, they put cheese on a big mac that was specifically requested to... have no cheese, as well as no mac sauce due to the fact that the recipient is highly allergic to dairy, and PenicilliumCladosporium Aspergillus (mold to make cheese). This mcdonalds was presented with an opportunity to fix their mistake, andfailed to do so. Do I recommend this mcdonalds to those with food allergies?? No I do not, I do not trust this mcdonalds. Nor doI appreciate the unkind customer service, especially when asking them to fix the mistake. If possible, they would be rewardedwith 0 stars. Read more
I gave 4 stars on Atmosphere because the landscape was attractive. Something nice to look at while waiting at drive-thru.
