Love this place. Been going since I was in highschool, and adore their classic peanut butter sundae dasher! It?s seriously is... great, and the workers are the greatest. I ask the worker to make my ice dessert ???? with wet walnuts and lots of whip cream & two ???? no lid. WHAT THE FEMALE SERVER... SMASHED MY DESSERT DOWN IN THE CUP WITH A LID AND SHORTED ON THE WHIP CREAM AND OVEE CHARGED ME!! SMH!! THESE YOUNG KIDS WORKINGTHERE NEED MORE TRAINING. Read more
Love this place!! It has a kind and friendly atmosphere- when you walk in, you?re greeted with a smile, they have great customer... service, the store is clean and serves up some fresh and delicious ice cream. I?ve been coming here with my childhood group offriends for a long time and we will always keep coming back. Reading some of these negative reviews, I feel like they aredefinitely rare cases because it is not often I see a customer leaving with a frown when they leave this Carvel. I ordered a strawberry shortcake ice cream cake for my boyfriend?s birthday and it was by far the best ice cream cake we ever... had. I?m not big on writing reviews but I must say it exceeded my expectations. All thanks to Simone who was extremely helpfuland responsive.
