I pre-ordered a custom birthday cake ahead of time(they require 24hrs or more) and scheduled a deliver, received a confirmation... and the day of delivery got message that the delivery was on its way. At the time I was to expect the delivery to arrive, I gotanother message that the order was canceled! I called the store directly to know why my order was canceled, they said theynever received the ordered although I got a confirmation from the store directly! I had a scramble last minute to get abirthday cake! In addition, they had the audacity to charge my credit card for the cake they never delivered and cancelled,which I have disputed. I wish I could give 0 stars because one of the employees was very rude. I arrived at the store at 9:30pm and the store closes at... 10. She very loudly told me that if I didn?t already order online she would not take my order. I left feeling extremelyembarrassed. I usually enjoy my experiences here but the one I had here today was rather upsetting . The facility was extremely hot. An... employee noted the air has been out of a commission for more than a month. That?s is absolutely unacceptable . I should not besweating in a creamery. The floors were filled with dirt and looked like it hadn?t been mopped in weeks. The ice cream that wasprepared for me was so soft. I couldn?t eat it by the time I was to be checked out because it was practically a smoothie . Theemployees seems to be so relaxed with no decorum . I?m completely shocked at what this establishment has morphed into . Icouldn?t accept the items under the conditions that I got it in so I just left . Such a disappointment . Read more
Cold Stone was not cold the freezer did not freeze most of the flavors. The air conditioning can't be felt.There is NEVER any... waffle combs if you come a night DAIRY QUEEN REMAINS QUEEN..There you have it. Don't waste your gas... Read more
I usually enjoy it here, I ordered through Uber eats the packaging was very secure. When I unwrapped my ice cream and started to... eat it there was hair inside and a gnat just laying in my ice cream. I was disgusted this is so unsanitary. As a guest You wantto know that people are handling your food cautiously and safely even when you?re not watching. That is obviously not the caseand I will not be returning here. On hot summer days this place gets packed. The crew cannot keep up and nor can the air conditioner. I ordered three ice items... and by the time the third was handed to me the first was already a puddle. Also the small size is rather large as they fill itup way past the top, making the kiddie cup the size I wish I ordered. Read more
I haven't the foggiest idea why this place has a bad rating on Yelp, but the Google review crowd almost gets it right if it just... bumped it up to a full 4.0. A friend of mine brought a bunch of us here on an outing, and the service was great, and the icecream was great. The pricing was a bit steep, but not absolutely out of line. In fact that's the only reason why I'm not givingit five stars, but certainly not enough of an issue to knock it down further than that. Believe me, I give the most honestreviews I possibly can, and the question I often ask myself is how much would I like to go back to the place that I'm reviewing.I would love to go back to this place. Go and enjoy, and if you agree, show them some love on Yelp so that their rating catchesup to their quality, and of course, show them some love here on Google as well to get them up to a solid 4.0.
