Probably the worst Dunkin I've ever been to, and that's saying something. They run out of most doughnuts early in the day,... almost every day. Despite being a doughnut shop open until late, they won't make more doughnuts once they run out. Customerservice isn't great, either. Read more

Ordered on the app my usual coffee, bagel with packet butter. A few times before, I have ordered from here and left without... checking my bag only to find out, I had no butter packets, or no knife to spread my butter. I come in today and I got no butter.I went back inside to ask for my butter. The little, short bug eyed cashier (he refused to give me his name) wouldn?t allow theperson I was talking to, to give me butter. He wanted to see my order. The guy told him I just got my order. The bugged eyeone, gave me one packet of butter and said that?s what you paid for, bye. This Dunkin Donuts is the worse. It?s like theemployees ration out food that you are paying for. They keep app orders behind the counter and and when you walk in, they don?teven look your way to give it to you. You order in the app for expediency; but here people walk in and order at the register andleave before you. The absolute worse! Read more

The manager is RUDE! He slams people's food down and cannot be bothered to answer a simple questions. My husband asked one... question and he had the audacity to be rude like people have not paid you to provide a service. It is bad customer service andtrash behavior--like this is not a job he chose. Everything the negative reviews say is very true. The staff has gotten my order right maybe twice out of the many times I?ve... gone there for a quick coffee. Just now my girlfriend went in and tried to use a gift card and they couldn?t even figure thatmuch out. Not to mention they somehow emptied the card and argued with her about paying for something after they used the giftcard money??? Just pay the difference at Starbucks, the quality of service and the product is much better. Read more

Morning staff very unprofessional especially lady at counter . Will give you attitude as if she is doing you a favor . There... multiple times and still the same disgusting attitude. Order sausage egg n cheese hash browns and donut only charged me for forhalf the order. When I told her what she missed she had attitude and trying to tell me about MY order as if I wasn?t a PAYINGcustomer. Manager I assume handled the missing item and she walked away no apology. I used to enjoy going to Dunkin Donuts in South Orange on South Orange Ave. I usually order cold brew with almond milk and... caramel syrup, and it was always just right. But recently there has been some disappointing changes, perhaps due to new staff. Ihave been very patient in the beginning, understanding of new staff needing to learn new things and train, but it?s been a fewmonths and consistent that every time I walk in there to place an order, there is something wrong with the order. For e.g., icedcoffee instead of cold brew, forget to add syrup or simply don?t follow the instructions of the order. Also, often missingsupplies, like big straws, napkins and cups. When asked to do it right as I am watching them do it, often attitude, like one isdoing me a favor or I am asking my coffee for free. I also observed other customers?s orders being done wrong. Ver slow,impolite and unprofessional. Wish something is done to help them to stay on top of their responsibilities and how to work in afast paced place. Read more
