We reached late in New York City after an exhausting drive from Toronto, not many restaurants were open ( we are vegan... vegetarian) by the time we arrived it was 11:22 pm and Namaste graciously welcomed us. There last order was 11:30 pm and yetthey served us with the same energy and enthusiasm most would serve within decent service hours. The place was squeaky clean, modest and family owned. The bathroom was fresh clean. The masala papad was devoured in 5 minutes as we were hungry and even asit was delicious. The lentil soup warm and soothing. The dal and saag came with a side of steamed rice. The peas Pulav wasfilling and satisfying. The best was the chilled rice kheer ???? OMG it reminded me of my moms! Lovely service and very gracioushosts. Would 100% recommend this place. They serve delicious lots vegan and vegetarian options along with non veg. A must if inJamaica area in Queens NY. Read more
