Forever love this place. You can?t beat the price and the freshness of the food! I like that you can customize and add the... ingredients you want. Some of the best Ceviche ever. This place is like a subway for ceviche. So fun to build your own of pick from their favorites.... Since they make it right in front of you - INCLUDING CHOPPING SOME OF THE FRUIT/VEGGIES, it is SO FRESH. The staff is superfriendly and helpful when it comes to first timers, like us. We went in tonight a little closer to closing time than I would've preferred (especially on an understandably slow night, given... the terrible weather). Though she was already mostly packed up (efficient gal!), the lovely lady that helped us was veryaffable, and made us great ceviches. Everything was fresh and yummy, and she was very helpful, friendly and informative. Theportions were also good for the price. (I'm a dummy and didn't get her name. Love this place! I love building my own bowl! Obsessed! I am not an onion fan so I order my own bowl and yummmmmm! First pic is... the tuna poke with cilantro, red cabbage, green olives, cucumber, & cantaloupe. Second pic is shrimp, cilantro, red cabbage,tomatoes, capers, pineapple, mango & add avocado! When I tell you... that this is one of the best things I have ever eaten. I'm being 100% honest. You have not had ceviche until... you have tried it here. We are massive foodies and this place was a big deal for us. That was heavenly I am in a happy food comaright now. What we had- Ceviche 1- The Classic + pesto Ceviche 2- Mix fish n shrimp with Mango, Kiwi, cilantro, and blackolives + Creamy Jalepeno sauce Ceviche 3- Mix fish n shrimp with Mango, Pineapple, Cilantro, and cucumber + sweet limesauce Civeche number 3 was the best out of the three in our opinion.
