F&B was so delicious!! I wish I live in South Padre Island only so I can go to this restaurant more often. Every single thing... we had was incredible. You can tell that Chef Gordon really works hard on his craft. The flavors were well balanced andartistically done. The white truffle risotto was the most incredible dish I have ever eaten. We came back to the restaurant 2nights in a row, just for it. And as an added bonus for all the celiacs, they have gluten-free bread! Read more

Really amazing experience. The Hosts and Brandi were extremely kind and accommodating, our server Mary was very knowledgeable... and the food was absolutely delicious. The smoked duck with carrot purée was the absolutely winner. ???? Definitely recommendthat you eat here. The style, presentation and quality is up there with Austin, LA, and NYC restaurants. ?? Gourmet dinner meets South Padre Island vibes! So happy we tried this spot on our visit! We sat at the bar top and Sheldon was... amazing! She answered all our questions and when she had a moment made great conversation with us! Showed us wonderfulhospitality. The Spanish Octopus and calamari, the ceviche, and the tomatoe barrata salad made for wonderful starts to ourevening. This food was so marvelous it salvaged the mood for me after my phone broke. The Steamed clams came in a decadentbuttery white wine sauce! The drinks were all wonderful! The mixed berry Penna Cotta was so smooth and a great way to end thenight. Last night on the island and selected this restaurant based on reviews. We’ve had great meals all week, but this was the show... stopper. We started with steak tartare and it was amazing. The cocktails were beautiful, refreshing and delicious. We had therye mash, cucumber martini and pearfect martini. For dinner I had the seafood risotto and hubs had the catch of the day, whichwas cobia. Staff was abundantly attentive and took extra precautions with celiac needs. My family stopped here for my birthday and we were not disappointed. The hostess was kind and friendly with our children. The... food was top notch! I recommend you try the salt encrusted red snapper. It takes about 35 minutes to cook but it is well worththe wait. The mixed veggie medley was our favorite. Our server was Ray and he was quick and expedient. He was friendly andpatient as we reviewed the menu repeatedly. The atmosphere has calming white tones and pleasing art. There is a dining area anda bar area complete with sports on the TV. It got a little louder towards closing but who doesn't yell at a good game? Brandy,one of the owners, came and presented our snapper to us. She explained certain facts about the fish, preparation, and SPI.Overall, we rate F&B 10 out of 10.
