Delicious tacos and salsa! This taco truck was the only decent place to eat in the vicinity of our hotel, so it really saved us... for several meals lol!! The only suggestion is a little friendlier staff. The cashier/order taker was unfriendly, didn?t smileand seemed annoyed every time we had to interact with her. Read more

Hmmmm.....yeah, never open. Stayed at the Hilton planning on trying the tacos on Friday, but they never opened. If you are going... to advertise your business as open on Google and Facebook you should be open. Seems like this is common place during the offseason on South Padre. Read more

My friend wanted these tacos. The young lady that took our order was unfriendly and we asked how long. She stated "We'll all us... when it was ready. The Hilton deck had a live band and they were really good. The band played about 5 songs and closed up shop.I went back to inquire and young lady opened the window to tell me that they were closed. I stated I untold but I had notreceived my food. I was not only person who had been waiting. There was a family of 5 that she was also rude too. We will not beback due to the bad service. Read more

The tacos were over-priced...and nothing to really write home about. First of all...an authentic fish taco is made with CORN... tortillas..not flour. Fish tacos should also have fresh slaw. The stand wasn't true to its operational hours. Everywhere itstates it's open until 9pm and we got there at 7:30pm...they took our order and then closed up shop. They don't even have anysalsas for the tacos...its all your typical bottled up stuff...like Texas Pete..Valentina..ect & The beer was hot. Another HUGEdowner was that you had to park at Clayton's to get to taco stand...because you need a parking permit to park at the Hilton inorder to get to this food truck. Even though Google maps takes you to Hilton in order to get to Barry's. Only positive out ifthis is that you get to eat half-a$$ over priced tacos overlooking the ocean. Read more

Their hours are from 5 to 10 in the afternoon on Fridays & Saturdays. Google says they're open all day! We wasted beach time... looking for something else to eat. Read more
