The wait was so very long for drive thru. When we did get our food the fries were so cold and hard and stale. The burger was... cold, but tasty. We will probably go to another Whataburger next time. Maybe just get drinks here. Read more
Person working the drive thru had the personality of a wet noodle! She was not even professional in any way. Food was mediocre... at best and cold. Unfortunately not much to choose from for breakfast that early. Do not waste your time if you want decentservice and food. Go somewhere else. Read more
I never write bad reviews but this time was just too much every single time they get something wrong with your order, either... they don?t add the bacon you paid for or make the burgers without the sauce this time both, no extra patty that I paid for andsauce missing as well as wrong bun, fries soggy and cold. I would highly recommend anyone going here check their full orderbefore leaving the drive through. Read more
Customer service is horrible, I ordered to dine in and as I watched every one else get there meals with a choice if they wanted... condiments, I wasn't even asked if I needed anything else, I had to go to the front to ask for it. Now I'm thinking was itbecause I was Black because I was the only one in there who was. It makes me wonder, sad to see this happen in a country that Ihave wore a uniform for 30 years in the Army, been deployed multiple times for this country and still get treated like a secondclass citizens.We as a country got to do better. Great staff, and good food (of course.) The menu is legible and very easy to understand, the food is great. They do offer Junior... sizes since everything is bigger in tecas the food is a big amount. The only downside from this whataburger was the bathrooms,they're a one person bathroom and there is always a line be it only customers or people just walking in to use the bathroom. Read more
A manager, took our order. The fries were stale, they didn?t ask if we wanted condiments. You would think this Whataburger would... deliver Pride, Love, and Care but noo.. 2nd Update: - The place was dirty. The floor was wet and there was no ?Wet floor sign?anywhere. This was the worst Whataburger experience I have ever had. First, I was told that there were no fountain drinks available except... for power aid, sweet tea, and unsweet tea. Then the person taking our order, although nice, didn?t seem very interested inmaking sure my order was correct. Next, we had to wait 25 minutes! I mean really Whataburger? Then I knew that my food was notgoing to be good, and I was right. Although the order was mostly correct, the burgers and fries were terrible; cold, tasted old,not fresh. Plus, two of the drinks were leaking from the bottom! I mean at least give us some cups that are not defective. Super disappointed in the SPI Whataburger. I will not be returning. I will be driving across to port Isabel where I?m sure theycan?t be any worse. I would suggest that anyone who wants a good Whataburger do the same. Read more
The cashier dude forgot to give me my drink (paid) and ask if I want it to go. Is this guy awake or what? Two tomatoes slices, 1... leaf lettuce, and grilled chicken breast. It taste very plain. Had to add ketchups. The food got soggy if not consumed within 10minutes. Regular beef Whataburger was ok. Disappointed in this establishment. Read more
