I called to place an order at 9pm and noone answered. I assumed they were busy and just drove there. I show up and not one... person in line or seated. All employees were chit chatting and did not seem to be working. I am waiting to order and noone comesout until about 5 mins later. The girl finally comes out and says they are about to close so, if we want to order we cannot eatinside. To consider the door shows they close until midnight and google shows 10pm not sure why we cannot eat inside. We stillorder and seemed to be half of the menu was not available and cashier said she does not restock until Monday and considering itis only Thursday. Our order took extremely long and when I asked for additional plates and toppings the sane cashier was notvery pleased to help us. Customer service was just horrible. Read more
The celery sticks were excellent. They were fresh and crunchy. The ranch dressing was the perfect temperature. There was one... upset customer who was discontent about having to wait for his food which detracted from the ambiance. Otherwise greatexperience and friendly staff. Read more
The absolute WORST! We were there prior to closing and the only cashier working was just standing around while a customer stood... in front of her. Not sure what was going on ?maybe technical issues but NOONE let anyone know what was happening. There was along line of people waiting prior to closing. We all waited. I?m going to assume she was the manager because her shirt wasdifferent ?was of absolute no help. She could?ve let everyone waiting know what was happening. When we finally went up to placeour order, the cashier very rudely tells us they?re only taking to go orders?after we had been waiting for over 20 minutes toorder well before closing time. Wingstop is always really good quality food at very reasonable prices so it's a given there but the service is where they... totally lacked this time. The woman in the front took a little while to come to the front counter and help the people who gotthere before me. I placed an order online so it was quick for me but while taking their order she would respond to the manlooking away from him or cover her mouth. I think it was extremely rude that the man had to keep asking her to repeat herselfand then her get annoyed with him. Customer service is a must in a setting like this!! Read more
Wings were good but I ordered celery sticks and didn't get them when got back to the condo. Woman at counter was not helpful. A... man behind the counter named Arnie was more helpful and nice. Read more
Well my wings were burned, took them back, waited there for an hour because they said they would make me fresh ones and bamm... they jst took the skin off like wow lol.. never again. The burned ones look actually way less burned in the pic. Read more
Out of all the wing-stops I've been to this is the biggest and the most cleanest one ever. No lines fast service, tv's... everywhere so you don't don't mess any games and they have a bar, sad to say but they only serve beer but hey this place wouldbe awesome to come watch some games. If you on the island and want to drink a beer and watch a game this is the place to be. Read more
Poor food quality. I'm editing my previous review. 10-20-22 There was 3 guys working the night shift my food came out really... quick and they were so nice I didn't catched their name but good customer service as well. I did not took pictures of my foodcause I was quick to eat it lol. Thank you guys! Read more
