The store was clean. Unfortunately the chicken order was completely FUBAR. They hand you a completed order in a box, and you... think it is correct. I ordered 2 breasts, and two legs. I got 1 wing, 1 leg, and two thighs. I hate thighs! They forgot mymash and gravy and I had to remind them. Additionally the chicken was greasy and overdone, couldn?t eat it. And lastly theperson serving was surly, unfriendly and not good for customer service. I didn?t bother getting my money back, but will nevertry it again. Read more

Chicken sandwich review. I had my first chicken sandwich here with pickles and brioche bun. The chicken had a good taste and... there was a lot of it on the bun. It didn?t seem to be heavily processed and was like breast meat. The only problem was thetexture was pretty tough. If it was not rubbery I would give it an extra star. Read more
Actually incredible. Though the JoJos may not be the best and the chicken is a tad too salty, that doesn?t make it a bad place.... I go in a lot, and the customer service has been nothing but great. Food is always good and prepared quickly. Would highlyrecommend! Getting gas there is also no problem at all. Pumps are very rarely out of order, and if they are, the employees do anexcellent job getting them working. Read more
This place is amazing . What a great respite from the usual fast food. They brag about their famous chicken and with good... reason, it is fantastic! My favorite is drumsticks , chicken tenders and Coleslaw. The breakfast menu is also just asunique. I don't understand the bad reviews of the staff. Every time I have been there, the employees have been nothing butfriendly and helpful. I shop there every chance I get. Read more
Everyone was very nice to me. I don?t understand why other customers are saying the employees are rude. I entered my meal and a... vey nice cashier lady jumped on the near by register and rang me up promptly. My food was ready quickly, and the nice ladyhooked me and even gave me extra Boom Boom sauce to try with my chicken. I dig the new store. Very modern, clean, well stocked,and very efficient ! I purchase daily. The hot food counter fried chicken and JoJo potatoes are excellent when fresh and steamer is full. You'll find... none as delicious anywhere! Only 2x I had an issue w/small dried out jojo's & chick not breaded...staff debated my return foranother WTheck little JoJo's dry & hard, only skin on chick is not what I want????I didn't go back for a week.
