First time trying Jersey Mike's. My boyfriend would always talk about getting it on his lunch and how good it is so I finally... gave it a try. It was so good. Honestly every time I go in there they are rude. Every time I order online there?s an issue with my order. They close at 9pm and... right now they declined my Uber eats order 2 hours earlier than they close. I?ve ordered from a different location which iffurther just because they declined my order for no reason. They just don?t want to do the work they are getting paid for. Read more
Food was great but, customer service was no accepted well at the South Pasadena location. but somehow my wife ordered our order... on the So. Pas location.on-line. After arriving there they said there was no order there under that name? So, they found outorder. The guy told us we had a long drive and referred us to the Pasadena, Lake Ave place. Hmmm!. Read more

My daughter is on summer break from College. She had the option to turn in her paperwork via Online so we drove to 31 flavors... icecream 8pm-ish. She was still writing so I messaged my wife if she wanted Jersey Mikes..she said of course...so I'm in theapp, but I guess because they close at 9pm..my order would have to be for the next day...so I walked in to place my order. Tooksome time before they actually helped me (but they did acknowledge me). When I place my order they said they only have wheat andI think he said rosemary bread? I chose the rosemary bread. A giant veggie for me and a regular turkey for my wife. By the timemy sandwiches were done it was 8:45 pm. Eventually went into 31 flavors and then got home. Sandwiches were good. So to all thosethat want that last minute sandwich..be prepared to have it a different way..but remember those ingredients that you have themput in it are all good...its just the bread choice (and brownies) that they maybe out of stock... I'm always happy with the food and customer service here. They are pretty fast. Everything is cut fresh right in front of you.... The place is pretty clean. The air conditioning is pretty good here. Nice and cool. The tables are a little small maybe for 1 ortwo people. I've had lunch here with 3 other friends and we had to borrow chairs. There is outdoor seating available. Drinkingfountain with Pepsi, unsweetened ice tea is available. Lemon slices too. Read more
