Wish I could give zero or negative stars. I placed an order with Roundtable pizza through Postmates at 7:00pm and the restaurant... cancelled the order because they were too busy. I waited a few minutes and attempted to order again, and the order was cancelledagain. I waited a bit longer and attempted to order a third time and it was cancelled again. I gave up and made dinner gor myfamily myself. So, my family ate something else for dinner then went to bed. At midnight I received an email notification thatwoke me up and it was a receipt from Postmates for the order and it said it was completed at 10:00pm. So, I went outside, andthe pizzas were left at the bottom of my stairs, on wet concrete covered in ants because the lawn had just been watered. So, therestaurant had decided to reverse the cancellation 2 hours after cancelling it without letting me know, then delivered thepizzas in the dark and did not even a) leave them on the porch in front of the door, or b) ring or knock or indicate in any waythat they were delivered after all as the entire house and porch were dark because we had gone to bed because, of course, we hadno idea pizzas were going to be delivered because the order had been cancelled not once but three times. So, we took the cold,wet, pizzas that had been delivered hours after our cancelled order was filled, sitting outside on the ground for hours, exposedto the elements and ants and threw them out because we were not going to eat them for safety issues and because we had had tomake other dinner arrangements hours earlier because Roundtable had cancelled our order 3 times and we had no way of knowing anypizzas were coming. I have so many issues with this order. A restaurant cannot cancel an order then decide on their own to fillit hours later after they have informed the customer it has been cancelled is top of my list. Loved it. Staff was friendly. Food came out promptly. Kids had fun. We all enjoyed our meal.
Edgar was amazing and stayed open a bit later for me to pick up my pizza . LA traffic is so unpredictable and he was very... understanding and accommodating. Once I arrived Edgar was all smiles and thanked me for my business. It?s very hard to findamazing customer service nowadays especially in LA but Edgar revived my hope for humanity. I went at noon on a weekday, it was fairly empty, dark and depressing. Robert was working hard as the cashier, the busboy, the... server and even food prep. Was informed that their was no longer a buffet-and its most likely not coming back, also was informedthat their is also no longer an unlimited sald bar option. By default I ordered the lunch special and was handed a small plasticto go box that only had some not so fresh lettuce. The personal pizza wasn't bad though. Honestly, It feels like SR. managmentor ownership has just given up on the restaurant at this point. Read more

Love this place taste smell flavor . Need to have family deals and coupons more choices to choose from when using the coupon not... just only chicken and veggies pizza . Other than that this place is the bomb ???? Read more
