The manager of this Starbucks store, Monique, is the worst manager Starbucks has. She sabotages her employees and chooses who... she wants and who she doesn?t in her store. She really needs to get fired. The other manager, Jennifer, does nothing about iteither. Avoid this Starbucks at all cost. If I can give this location 0 stars, I would. The only thing this location has goingfor it is how nice this new building is. South Pasadena needs better. Read more
Couldn?t get my order right, and messed up the items at the end. I ordered large coffee and got small one with the amount of... honey that I was going to put in a large one. Eggs didn?t include utensils. Eat with hands I guess ???? Read more
As might be expected in South Pasadena, this Starbucks is expert managed. Nonetheless, the team members are genuinely friendly... and helpful. And don?t miss a chance to sit on the awesome patio and watch the world go by. Great spot for conversation andpeople watching. Read more
I haven't ordered a drink here yet, but I love how spacious it is and the comfortable stools. There is an abundance of seats.... The bathrooms are clean and have Dyson airblowers to dry your hands. Read more
