Hey I wanted to say that the manager at the 340751 store she was very nice and sweet. I had been coming there for a while now... and the crew had showed me so much love. But the other lady April James was very rude and nasty on how she talked to everyone inthe store on Friday and Saturday. Then she had stayed that the manager I think her name is Keisha was on her 3rd Strike andthat she was going to be Fired because she wasn't doing her job with the inventory and that's why she doesn't have anything inher store and she always coming in late and never show up for her Shift and always on her phone and how she doesn't come in onSaturday but I see she wasn't there today so I didn't go in. But she is normally there on Saturday cause I just like her vibeand how she is with her crew. But over all she is very sweet and nice and I don't think she should lose her job for doing theright thing she is a very hard working mother. Thank again a value customer???? Read more

Fist time going to this location this morning. The lobby was closed and drive thru was backed up. I waited in line for about 10... min before getting the the menu. I was asked to wait for a moment before ordering. When I did and pulled around to the window Idiscovered that a woman was the only worker this morning. She was making drinks, food, taking orders, and cashing out all byherself. I felt so bad for her because others were getting inpatient with her. They don't let anyone in the store. We waited in the drive through for 25 minutes. The purchase was for my sister so we had to... wait. At the drive through the worker kept forgetting our order. We had to repeat 2 Jelly donuts, 2 cream filled and 2 applefritters 4 times. When we were paying the same woman again asked what donuts we ordered. The price seemed high. She said theapple fritters were expensive. We asked for the receipt. When we got to my sister's nursing home we noticed she charged us for 7donuts and 2 apple fritters. We only bought 4 donuts and 2 apple fritters. I tried to call but this store didn't answer thephone. I will do there survey and will explain all this. Read more

Would give less than a star if I could. Went in here on a Saturday afternoon and walked right in to find out there wasn?t a... single employee inside. I waited a few minutes even saying hello multiple times and nobody responded? kind of strange to leave abusiness unlocked with tips sitting out, registers, and food? and no employees inside. According to people who pulled into theparking lot, this happens at this location a lot. Corporate oughta shut this place down ASAP! Read more

The worst service possible! Disappointing service and attitude. We went Tuesday afternoon. Immediately the service provider... claimed she didn't know how to make any food items. Mind you, it's simple recipes that are toasted or microwaved. Secondly, theservice provider became visibly angry when we ordered. She slammed the coffee on the counter, then exclaimed to her coworkerthat she was heading out to eat. Dunkin provides a service, and being in service means you treat the customer like they arevalued. Shame on the worker who is obviously toxic, and steals profits from the owner. Shame on her for treating customers sopoorly. Read more

It was awful, I stopped going here but thought I would try again and it was worse. I ordered a plain bagel, and a Matcha latte.... I pulled to the window they didn't have a bagel no big deal give me a wake up wrap, few minutes later no wake up wrap, can Igive you a bacon croissant ok no problem. The croissant was good but the Matcha tea tasted like spoiled milk. I have given up onthis location. Read more

I haven?t always had the best experience with this specific Dunkin? location, but thanks to employee Tarsha, I will definitely... be back. I try to make a point to acknowledge hard working employees who go out of their way to treat customers with kindness nomatter how stressful their job is. Was there during non busy hour and took the staff 5 minutes to come to the register. I had a physical coupon from Dunkin and... they were unable to scan it. They said that is a known issue, but rather to honor the coupon, they just said sorry. Theshelves for the donuts, bagels and muffins were half empty, this store is not what it's used to be and management needs to uptheir game. Update: Was there in the afternoon, one person handling both the register and drive thru. She is doing her bestand is very polite, I don't have to wait too long, but can't imagine if it is busy. Anyway, the donuts not as fresh probablyhave been on the rack for a while. If you want fresher donuts, this is not the place to go. Read more
