I was just starting my meal and a employee came in off the clock to eat dinner and was treated very poorly. They refused to... serve her a meal. To me you have to treat your employees kindly and with respect to maintain a great business. The food wasgood but the service can definitely improve. I am very big on service and it needs improvement. They treated that lady with suchattitude and then would not serve her. It was uncalled for. Really should treat ur employees better. All in all the food wasgood but please work on ur customer service,and treat your employees better they are what keeps the business open. Read more
I had an amazing time here for lunch with my family. The food was delicious. The service is what made me leave a five star... review! Our waitress Denise was fun, engaging and just amazing! If you aren?t staying at the resort there is zero parking so don?t plan to go there unless you?re staying right next to the... RumFish resort. Service was friendly and on time but the food was WAY overpriced for seriously mediocre eats. Super loud aswell. I would never eat there again just simply wasn?t worth it. Read more
Our server Tina was fantastic. She gave recommendations. Wife's french toast was great. A touch of cinnamon was all it needed... for it to be delicious. My bacon and eggs was delicious also. The view of the pool and water was beautiful Read more
Service staff were nice. Apologetic about the mess ups. Seems there is a lack of communication between patrons, service, and... kitchen. Be prepared to ask for a remake. But the poolside view is nice! Breakfast burrito was very good. Read more
This place should be called "Poolside Eats", because it's conveniently located between the family pool and the adults only... pool. My recommendation: Go on the weekend. My husband and I spent the whole week at the resort, so we went here severaltimes. During the week, the food was so soggy that I couldn't eat without wiping my hands a bunch of times, and the staff actedlike they couldn't wait to get out of there. I have to admit, the mudslide was AMAZING! (Photo Attached) Then Saturdayhappened. It was super busy, so it took some time to get our food. I ordered a quesadilla because I didn't feel like orderingoff the "hand held" menu that I know I couldn't actually hold in my hands.
