This location is always spot on. My order is correct, it's always fresh and they are always so friendly when I go in to pick up.... I love the reward points i accumulate. The Papa tracker allows me to keep things going until it's time to stop for dinnerbecause I know when the doorbell is going to ring. Read more

Extremely unhappy about our experience today. We ordered 40 wings and an order of garlic knots for over $70. See the photo to... get an idea of the size of these wings. Literally half the size of my index finger. Not ok for $8 for an order of 10. Additionally, I get that there is a football game on, but telling us the order will take 30-43 minutes and then showing up 90minutes later is unacceptable. Read more
This South Pasadena Papa Johns is A-MA-ZING!! The customer service is fantastic as well as the tastiness of the food items. We... ordered for a business lunch and Evan & Josh were more than helpful when I was placing the large order. They took all theinformation down and had all items waiting for me to pick up on time. The gal who was working the counter at pick up was alsovery friendly and helpful. I did leave without one of the orders and Evan actually delivered it to us knowing I couldn't go backto pick the items up. That was very cool! This group of people went above and beyond to make sure our experience was anexcellent one and they more than succeeded. Thank you South Pasadena Papa Johns for making our day a great one! Read more
Children running the store here. Told me on the phone one price. $13 and that I could use my rewards balance in store. I go in... store. Now it?s $18 and they gave me trouble using my rewards. Online says $13 too. How is that???? Read more
This is what you get when you request a well done crust. A soggy inedible mess with cheese that isnt even melted, they charge... you 20 bucks for the privilege too. They can't even be bothered to answer their phones to request a refund, and their websitejust auto directs you back to the main page for orders. Place an order for 15 pizzas on their website though and their managermagically finds the time to call you and passive aggressively complain that they're the "only ones who know how to make pizzasthere" Apparently you need more practice. Good work over here- seems like they are really hitting their stride at this location. Pizza was nice & steamy when I picked it... up + the crew was friendly ( and professional ). And of course , can?t go without mentioning that delicious stuffed crust. OhBoy!
