PISSED. PISSED. PISSED. This was turning into my favorite restaurant until my last and FINAL visit. Our server CINDY had a piss... poor attitude. I?m not taking the time To explain the full situation AGAIN. Food was not cooked correctly, server had a pisspoor attitude and practically rushed us out of the restaurant because ?I don?t have time to wait on you, I have to cash outbecause we close soon?. I then decided to message the restaurant on Facebook because I didn?t want to leave a review. They readmy message but didn?t respond, so I said something about it. Their response summed up was ?there?s no point in responding to youbecause you said you weren?t coming back. You shouldn?t have made such a big deal over a $9 sandwich. Went to Silas Dents tonight for the first time in a long time and the food was perfect. We had surf and turf and the steaks... were awesome, no steak sauce needed and the lobster melted in your mouth. Jaime was our waitress, she had great table acumenand timing. My girlfriend and I stopped here after swimming at the beach, had no idea about this place. It was great! We walked in and the... hostess said they had no reservations, and gave us their best table! It had a view of the water, and was up some wooden stairs,it felt like you were on a ship. The mango sorbet pallet cleanser and Mason jar water cups we're nice touches, and the overallambience was excellent, with friendly attentive service. We are both seafood fans, I got the oyster po'boy which was incredible,and the portions we're quite generous as well. Nothing bad to say about this restaurant.
