I didn't realize my debit card didn't have enough money to cover my coffee and the cashier said it was on the house. So I... decided I would give a really good review for the cashier but I didn't catch her name. She was really pretty, in her early 20's.She has great customer service skills. Starbucks, if you see this review, I ask that you give this girl a raise. I honestly feellike when an establishment has an employee who has outstanding customer service skills in a business that deals with a lot ofthe public, should be rewarded and praised for being really good with people. Starbucks twice in the last two weeks. I have gotten my coffee and it's been double cupped that's fine, you all say it's for... safety!! However the lids are not on Properly. Today my lid not on again and the entire thing spilled onto my lap and my car.Please make sure lids are on. Not sure who the Manger I spoke to was, she was supper nice. Been going 3 to 4 days a week to this Starbucks for many years. I get the same drink everyday. I always get my latte with no... foam. Lately it seems there is nobody there who can make a latte with no foam. I dont mind a little foam but I am not going totake it filled with foam.
