This is quite literally the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Every time I go there they are ?out? of something or there is... some reason why I can?t get the food I order. I don?t know if it is just laziness on the staffs part or poor management for notordering the right products but you world think a world wide chain would be better than this. It?s honestly crazy. I normally don?t have a bad experience here, which is why I?m going to give it three stars, but I don?t like it when places lie... to me. I always order my food on the app. I?ve done it for the past few years now, but the past couple times I?ve come here theyhave told me that it takes 10- 15 minutes from the time the order is placed for them to get it. But they don?t know is that thisis how I always order my food and I know exactly how long it takes. I usually press send right as I pull into the parking lotand it?s always ready quickly. I don?t know why they are so dead set on it taking 10 - 15 minutes when I know for a fact itdoesn?t. Well today I accidentally pressed the wrong button and deleted my order as I got to the drive-through so I asked themfor a minute to get my order back and the lady said sure to take my time, and then another person came on the drive through andwas rude stating it?s gonna take 10 to 15 minutes anyway so just go park. I was trying to explain to the woman that the otherlady told me no rush and that I could take my time since there was literally nobody else in the entire restaurant or behind mein line. But she didn?t wanna hear any of that because I should?ve ordered 10 to 15 minutes ago. Had I not pressed the wrongbutton, she would never have known that I didn?t place the order 10 to 15 minutes ago because the order would?ve arrived rightafter I hit send, just like it always does. I don?t know if they?re lying on purpose or maybe they just don?t know how long theorder takes to arrive, but from somebody who does this on a regular basis I can assure you the order appears immediately. Sonow I?m sitting here in the parking lot waiting for my food that they apparently are going to ensure takes 15 minutes just toteach me a lesson. Went inside (for the first time today) on my lunch break today and the store reeked of mildew and what I can best describe as... feces? Lady at the reg. had an attitude and did not care to take or give me my order, which I guess is understandable cause if Ihad to work in that horrible smell, I?d be unhappy too. And I?m sure Taco Bell doesn?t pay their employees well. Drink machinehad no ice and my soda was warm. 2/5 cause the burrito was bussin even tho they forgot the sauce lmao. I should have been smarter and read the reviews like you. It took 20 minutes to get through the drive through with only 3 cars... in line before me. I paid for extra cheese and got no cheese. The beefy "melt" burritos were hald the normal size. Theemoyees seemd angry to be there. Thr 3.7 star review must he because of old reviews raising the average. Read more

This is the worst Taco Bell period! I?m local and try to frequent often but can?t. They have the dining room locked about 60% of... the time and when you walk up you can see 5-6 people in there on their phones. They will tell you to go to the drive throughafter knocking on the door but unfortunately my truck is too big. Secondly we walked around to the window knocked on it and wereliterally ignored because apparently whatever was on their phones was more important. This isn?t a one off situation! The timebefore that the girl who claimed to be the Mgr came and told me that although there were 6 people working she couldn?t open thenlobby. When I asked why she literally said ?I don?t know, I just got here? What it boils down to is that they are more concernedabout what?s on the phone and not wanting to do any clean up In the dining room. Lastly and worth a mention, everything youorder is skimpy and wrong anyway for the times I have been able to successfully order my meal. This place has low review, but my experience is good. I only did drive thru to pick up my mobile order. The staff wears mask... and glove. Very polite and pack when I am at the window, which is better so my order will not sit in the bag/box. Taste wise,it is taco bells, so it is on par and actually it's packed nicely. Read more
