I take no joy in this unflattering review. I was Highly let down yesterday. I placed a to go order yesterday. Just as I was... about to speak the team member excused herself to ask if the elder NEXT to me had been helped. I thought that was a bit odd butwrote it off. I ordered 2 triple burgers and a single. When I got home I had one double, one single and a chicken sandwich. Idon't have my receipt so I had to just take the loss. Poor professionalism guys. Read more
(New Manager needed) I live near by and eat here a lot and it has pregesivly gotten worse so bad I dont want to go anymore.... Cold fries dried out cold burger meat and dry cold buns!!! There is nothing good about this location. The staff is rude, the service is slow, and not once have I received the correct... order. It's not like I'm ordering anything complicated, usually just a burger and a drink, but somehow they always manage toscrew it up. The location is very convenient for me and I keep trying again to see if things have improved, but am disappointedevery single time. You will not have a good experience here. Read more
Sorry your advertisement for hot and crispy fries is not correct. I am 80 yrs old and live 3 blocks from your place. Last... 2times fries was not crispy or hot the chicken nuggets were just so so. Can't understand unable to enter have use drive thru. Read more
Waited more than 5 minutes at the drive thru order menu just to be told to come inside. 3 people working. Manager even asked me... if they told me to come inside. Waste of time poor service. But it's Wendy's so I guess you get what you pay for or don't payfor in this case Read more
Expect to wait 20mins everytime! They also hold the line up and serve one at a time so they don't get in trouble from corporate... about how long people wait for their food. I'm here in line now at 12:57pm on 12-15-21 and I've been here for just over 17minsand I'm finally 2nd from the speaker. Will not be back until they change managers again (feel like they change every 2 monthsand nothing changes. Also the young black lady at the window the past 4 times I've been there has shorted me on my change. It'salways around .20- .40 cents but each time come on now?!?! Definitely the worst Wendy's I've been to ever. This is my favoritefast food chain so I've been to MANY MANY Wendy's all over the country and even some in the islands. The one in Puerto Ricocharges to use the bathroom but that ones still better than this one. Today was the last straw this location lost a customer forlife. It is fast food, not high on expectation. The chicken sandwich was just ok, but with the phone app special (bogo), it is a... great deal. Update 8/9/21 Due to worker shortage, the dinner room may not be opened, may have to drive/walk up to the drivethru window for your order. This time, the coffee is not full, on another time, no hot coffee, they have to give me ice coffeebut that thing is thick as mud. Read more
