OK Today was my last trio here! Staff was super friendly. The establishment was very clean. The food was pretty good.
Looks they are not maintaining cleanliness. Guy frequently touched his hair and packed my order (fries) without any gloves.
Update 6/22. Very well run order was fresh, correct and served with proper utensils and offered condiments too. Newly... redecorated with new staff. Had the King deal one as a special order both were fine. Place was spotless. Read more
I placed an order on app on 12/31/2021 around 7:24 pm, and they charged my card. I reached the location drive thru around 7:45... pm and I saw two employees inside. Neither wanted to come to the window, also there was a manager in the office, who didn't cometo the window. The sign on the window stated closing 9 pm that day. I waited for 15 minutes and then left. I since thenreturned to at least get my refund for the order that I wasn't given, but they keep giving me the runaround. Except for themanager of this location (Chunky Indian Guy), who gives terrible service all the time, all other employees are always supernice. I was very disappointed. I need my refund. Read more
This place appears very clean and neat, because it was recently remodeled, but the customer service along with the food was... HORRIBLE!! The person who seemed to be the manager was so rude, questioning my family?s order in a demeaning way and rushing uswhen the whole restaurant was empty. Along with treating the employees like modern-day slaves. The sauce on our burgers tastedold and sour, along with the fries being burnt and over-salted. The manager was dealing with money and customers with no gloves,then goes and touches your food without sanitizing his hands. What an absolute waste of money. Good location. It's a renovated BK so everything is new. Tried the Impossible Whopper, not bad. Tasted like real meat but I... still prefer a regular whopper. Not sure how much more healthy it is. Read more
