Was craving chipotle so I ordered from this location off Uber eats. Horrible decision. I should?ve came and looked at the... reviews first. Everything was bad. Food was cold. Rice was weird and mushy, paid for extra meat and probably had 2 pieces ofchicken, the few pieces of Romain where wilted, old and stale. Smh will never order from here again. Read more

Would never suggest eating from chipotle ever again . They skipped out on the meat they did not give you a whole spoonful.... What?s the point in having that big spoon if you do not feel it. And on top of that they skip out on all ingredients. It is likethis at several locations in different states that I have visited. Did you not even deserve one star daughter they deserve anystars on the ratings ever. Remember your job is to serve the customer not serve yourself. I wish I could rate this store with zero stars. Placed an order online for a bowl and a salad. Bowl was fine. The salad came... only with the lettuce that is show in the picture, a fraction of what should be in a salad. In addition, every piece wasrotten/brown. Also shown is literally the amount of chicken that was among the other ingredients. We logged a complaint on thecorporate website and got a instant response back with a coupon for "buy one get one". Really, I have to buy another one toreplace the garbage that I already paid for? Who cares if I can get a second free. We stopped going to the store closest toour house for the same reason, now, we won't be going to this or any other one. Read more

Ordered 2 bowls online through Chipotle. Delivery was fine....up until we opened the bowls with only a spoonful of chicken.....I... have never seen such a small portion. If they ran out of chicken it should been made known. If they needed to cook more, wecould have waited. These bowls cost way too much for the small portion. Read more

If I could, I would give zero stars to this place. The girl who served me today was being so rude and stingy while serving me... and giving me a bad look, as If I was being rude to her when I was completely neutral standing in the line w my girlfriendminding my own business. I?ve been to many different locations but I?ve never seen a chipotle bowl with this less of rice, beansand steak. I had to ask the girl twice if she could put more and she just kept looking at me with an attitude. She did not addmore rice or beans and when I actually saw it and asked her if she could put some more steak on it she pulled out a couplepieces of steak from the crock and threw it on my bowl. While keeping the same attitude. This place really needs to make surethat customer service is a thing and customers should be treated nicely if they?re being nice to them. If that wasn?t enough,when I and my girlfriend walked out of the restaurant she was standing there with some other individuals and started running hermouth again. Given that I didn?t do anything to her or caused anything it doesn?t make any sense to me that why you?d be rude tosomeone who?s coming in to your store to give you business. Ordered the same thing I always order at other chipotles in the state. The south Plainfield location has to be the worst one in... the country. How is this considered double meat? If you order online here they?re going to rob you. Don?t waste your time! Read more

PLEASE READ IF YOUR ORDERING ONLINE when you order in person, there's a guarantee that your going to get what you want, but... unfortunately sometimes it's inconvenient to go in person. So all my cousins were here for break, so we tried orderingeverything online, and we picked it up in a giant catering box. We opened up and sure enough, all the burrito bowls were there,but only 1 out of the 12 had the right stuff in it. Normally this is fine because the errors are really minor, but in this caseit was so bad, we ended up not eating most of it. For example, my bowl had beans, rice, mild tomato, hot red, cheese and no guacbut when I opened it, it was literally rice and beans. For another bowl, we didn't even order fajitas and that was genuinely themajority of the bowl. See pictures below, the orders were completely messed up.They skipped on the majority of the ingredients,and I understand it's a fast food place but there is a point where there just is 0 effort and 0 care. We contacted chipotlesupport asking for a refund, and we obviously wanted a full refund because at this point we were borderline getting scammed, butthey only gave us a 50% refund. I'm never ordering from this Chipotle again, unless I'm in person but that removes theconvenience of it. It's unfortunate because this was their first time with Chipotle and chipotle is usually so good but it'sunfortunate that this time it was so bad. Just don't order online with this Chipotle. All Chipotle taste are basically the same, I tried the new plant based Chorizo, not bad but not enough meat and flavor is no... different from the Sofritos. The difference between the two is, one texture is soft like bean's, the other texture is likeground beef..???? Read more
