I placed specialty buffalo chicken pizza for a birthday party, while picking up the order my friend missed to see the pizza.... When we were going to eat we noticed the pizza was a little burned and not having buffalo sauce at all. It was completely driedinstead of soft and puffy. The quality was totally compromised. It was not a specialty chicken pizza. It was prepared likenormal pizza(burned) without any buffalo sauce. I am totally disappointed with this service and quality. I will never order fromthis domino store again and won't recommend it to my family and friends. Read more
My order sat in their "Quality Check" for 42 minutes an hour for Dominos is a joke. Once it arrives they forgot the Steak on... the Cheese Steak Pizza... I place order for pick up , pizza had more then required amount of jalapeños. Which make the pizza unpleasant in taste and... had a missing topping of mushrooms . Last but not lease they made a totally burned and over cooked marble brownies as a dessertfor ours kids . Just to make think more worst , I called the store manager and discussed the issue I had with the food that Iordered from domino?s and they quality was compromised and I was given a inferior quality of good and service for what I paidfor . The store manager didn?t give a flying f? About the customer service , quality and simply hanging up the phone on myface instead of apologizing or try to help me with my Oder . My order number - 205 , 3:44 pm server ID number -4535 and Ipicked it up from 110 maple ave , south Plainfield NJ 07080.. I m disappointed with the bad service , and if you like to see Ihave some pictures of burned brownies , so you can see . I will never order from dominos again . I was shocked to see how they make pizzas at Domino?s at 110 Maple Ave South Plainfield NJ. Worst place to order a pizza.... Average wait for delivery is more than 2 hours and 2 times they had not even delivered at all. Not sure that is it really aDomino?s or just a low quality pizza store. Don?t order from this location .. I worked there for a year and they have honestly gotten a lot worse .. This is how my pizza?s... were when they were delivered to my home . When I tried to call back, I was on hold for an hour just to not speak to anyone. Noone answers the phone. They delivered half eaten pizzas. I don?t know who the manager is or who hired them but I know for afact, they should be fired 100%.. The whole order was about $30 and this is what I received.. This is 100% unacceptable and Ishould get my money back or new fresh WHOLE pizzas but no one answers? DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!! I ordered delivery for 7:30pm today. It showed up at 9:10pm, 1:40 late. Not only that, but it was cold and the order was WRONG!... I ordered cheesy bread and a medium pizza with half pepperoni and Philly steak. The pizza that came was mushroom and onion. Ontop of all of this, the pizza was free because the last time I ordered the delivery guy never showed up. So twice in a row I?vehad problems with this place. If I could give it zero stars I would. I am going to do everything I can to get a full refund onthis order and quite possibly the last order and I will NEVER order from this location again! Read more
If I could give this place a zero I would. Just ordered from here today and we ordered online where the estimated time was 30... min for food and delivery. One hour later and still nothing. My husband had to drive to the place to get the food and when hegets there they still have the nerve to have an attitude and say we?re not special smh. Bad customer service and on top of thatour food looked a mess, was cold and tasted horrible. Please don?t waste your money on this place. Also the rude employee?s nameis Anthony. I usually don't leave a negative review about places I've eaten.. and I try to give them second chances. But unfortunately... tonight's was the third time the food was terrible. It's pizza for God sake. Not rocket science. The last three times thepizza was way over cooked or so under cooked it was like eating raw dough.. You're better off trying one of the local pizzerias.
