I don't normally eat samosas- but this one was amazing. Their Dahi puri and Dhokla tasted great too. The sweet chutney was yum, ... and the green chutney was super spicy. On other visits, I've tried the Khitchdi and Thali- both had rice dishes were farspicier than I expected Gujrati food to be. Khasta Kachori was impressive. The prices can seem a tad bit expensive, however, the items I ordered were prepared well. Read more

It was my first visit and highly disappointed….I would not recommend this place to any of my friends or family or in general... to any one. We order papdi chaat and Dabeli for lunch and papdi chaat had nothing in it like onions/tomatoes are so expensivefor them to purchase hardly had any pieces of veggies and tasted really bad…..Dabeli filling they used was not freshly madetasted gross. I don’t even wanna talk about cleanliness as they Might not have budget for employees to clean tables andfloors…sticky and food all over. !!One star because I wasted my time!! Read more

Jagdish Farshan serves fresh Indian fast food and sweets, some sweets were fresh. Staff's friendly and they helped me in my... purchase. The sweet, farsaan, hot papdi, namkeen were especially fresh. I bought sweets from there, they were delicious, I wentthere specifically for sonpapdi but got to know their halwai had left the job. They refrigerate the gulabjamun which is notgood, and defeats the purpose of purchasing it from a sweet shop. Overall a good, clean sweet shop, but a bit too pricey. Read more

We had papdi ($7.49 per lb) bhavnagri gathiya ($6.50 per lb), methi farsi puri ($5 per pk) and lilva kachori. Taste is really... good however Gathiyas were stale. Papdi and puri were fresh. Btw, they also have biscuits from Muzda bakery (Canadian) if youare interested. Lesson Learned: Try before you buy. Don't just assume that just because it's "Jagdish" it will be fresh. Read more
