Very poor customer experience for people who dine in. Our food order was not delivered even after 25 minutes though there were... only 2 families sitting inside. After COVID, seems like the take out and delivery options are given way more importance. A storeto avoid for dine in. Read more

I hate American cheese, so on the rare instance that I am desperate to eat between gigs and McD's is on the way, I get a Quarter... Pounder no cheese or pickles and a shake. And every time they hand me the bag at the drive through, I open it up before movingmy car an inch because I am always handed a Quarter Pounder WITH CHEESE! Then I hand it back over and tell the drive throughperson that there's not supposed to be cheese - the sticker on the box even says "no cheese." Then I am directed to park in awaiting area. That's why I don't even order fries anymore as they'd be cold by the time the new Quarter Pounder arrives. Thishappens at EVERY McDonald's and the South Plainfield location, unfortunately, is no different. To make matters worse, withBidenomics inflation, that burger and shake is now $10. I've never seen any place get so many orders wrong. Its very close to my work so I tried giving them multiple chances, but they... have NEVER gotten an order right. Dont waste your time at this McDonald's. Read more
Decent McDonald's experience. Food came out hot. Fast service. I avoid this place during lunch & dinner rushes. Otherwise a... good location. The inside is clean and chairs are comfortable. Tip : Don't pull up to window #2 in the drive thru. Most casesservice will be slower since they won't expect you to stop there. Stop at the first window only. Read more
I used the drive through option. I guess long lines translated into food made in a super hurry. People had ample time to relax... with their feet out of the windows of their cars???? The fries ???? were unevenly salted. Burgers ???? were okay. Also, why isit that we always need to ask for ketchup with the fries? ???? 2 pickup windows makes things confusing, so it would be a goodidea to mention which one to proceed to. In their defence, they handled the onslaught of customers pretty well and didn't getthe orders wrong and verified everything before payment. Read more
