We ate here last night and another time a couple months ago. After eating here for 15+ yrs, it has gone downhill overall. ... Nobody greeted us or even knew we were waiting to be seated. Some sections have chairs up on the table, meanwhile we weresqueezed between two other groups. When other tables were left, the food and dirty dishes remained for 30+ minutes. Nobody toclear them. The food quality and cooking speed has been fine and as expected. What I don't expect is that what few employeesthey have are slow and generally in the kitchen and hardly check on you. We asked for 2 drink refills and more fries. Drinkscame and 15 mins later had to ask for more fries again, got a small amount. When it was time to pay, and use a reward offer, wewere told to sign in to the table kiosk which did not offer the discount. Then more waiting and physically hunting for thewaitress in the kitchen area to come and fix the reward offer. The restaurant is just depressing with almost no customers andvery few employees. Great server. Delicious food, however slow for the burgers to get to the table considering it was so empty. 7/13 Update**... The burgers were great, we have the southern charm and banzai burger, both excellent. The cheese dip and pretzel bites were... tasty as well. Our waitress was helpful and friendly A+ My only suggestion would be, it feels like this place is a littleoutlived, and could do with a really good clean. Read more

I placed an order online through Active Menu and the entire process was quick and easy. I was able to customize my burger to... the way I wanted and they got the order perfect! The order was ready at the time promised when I ordered, I walked in wasgreeted by the host and was able to grab my order and go. Both the side sauces I asked for and the utensils I requested wereall in the bag. The food was hot and very good. Food prices went up, compared to what it used to be. The food portion quantities have decreased. The buns used to be big and... fluffy but now they seem like very similar to a fastfood establishment. The server was smiling everytime she visited. Read more

The second time I was there, and the 2nd time I had a great experience. Great service, clean interior, good enough variety of... beer (lagers, IPAs), and very good burgers. Particularly, the "Impossible Burger". I would recommend this place as a great placefor dining/lunch. Read more
