Overall it's the typical Wendy's. You know the food you love the food. It's the little things that gets you. Everytime my wife... stops for food for us and the kids my chilli order is ALWAYS messed up. I get the chilli with everything onion and cheese. Iworked at a Wendy's during my younger days and everything also includes crackers sour cream and a hot sauce packet. Yet Iconstantly only get crackers. Wife has even said to include sour cream and nope not in the bag ever. This is the only Wendy'sI've ever had this issue with. Edit: dropping from three stars to one star. Just went through the drive thru to get food for thefamily. Me and my wife each got medium meals. Both of our medium fries the container was barely filled. It was almost like wegot the amount of fries that come in a kids meal. Read more

Sunnie deserves a raise. Wendy?s is very lucky to have such a kind, patient and hard working team member. She really goes above... and beyond to serve customers and check in on the dining room, all with the biggest smile on her face. Everything was good at the South Plainfield Wendy's ... the drive up window line was long (but moved pretty quickly) so we went... in instead ... placed our order n we were out ... wasn't asked 10 times what we wanted > all of the condiments were out andreplenished n the place was clean ... First timer.. absolutely awesome .. tried the spicy jalapeño chick sandwich and it was super good. Nice spicy with fresh... jalapenos. Loved it . For about 6.5$ , it was really worth . I don?t like fries and drinks much . Hence didn?t order those . Noservice inside the restaurant. Had to stand in the long drive thro lines and wait for 10-15 mins to order .. after ordering itjust took me 1-2 mins.. wish there was direct ordering inside the restaurant. The burger was good, but I received a single burger versus the double burger and I paid for the double. Also: no receipt and no... ?thank you?. I could forget about the receipt and sayiung thanks, but I was unhappy with one small burger. I sure hope I wasnot mischarged on my card because I take these thing very seriously Read more
