This use to be such a good Little Ceasars, but it seems like in the last year it has really gone down hill, I am a pretty... understanding person beings I've worked food most of my life, but being parked and told 5 minutes and I was there for closer tohalf an hour for 2 lunch deals during lunch time! Then give it another chance tonight, 2 pizzas,1 cheese and 1 pepperoni. Oh itsgoing to be a 8 minute wait on cheese AFTER we paid. So we decided no, just take 2 pepperoni, girl refunds entire order, chargesus for one pizza and we tell her no, misunderstanding we need 2 pepperoni she said oh it'll be a wait. It's 5:22 pm DINNER TIMEand you guys aren't holding up to your "hot and ready" standards. No one in front of us, 1 car parked and 4 behind us. Went to the south point Ohio location. The drive thru was backed up so I went inside. Once inside stood there for 15 minutes... while they cleared the drive thru, still had to yell to the back as no one even bothered to check the front counter even thoughthere was a girl working that looked at me several times while she was playing on her phone. When the woman finally came to thefront counter she was more interested in arguing about how long I had been standing there instead of taking my order,essentially refused to take my order because by this time I was pretty upset. Needless to say that really p*sued me off so Ijust told her I?d go somewhere else so due to this extremely unpleasant and rude experience not only will I never spend anotherdollar at this location, I will never spend another dollar at any little Caesar?s location again, period. I understand thatthere is a worker shortage but it?s no excuse for the behavior of the ones you do find. I would save your money or order aGino?s or Giovanni?s pizza at least they still have good pizza and decent customer service!!! Read more

Came through the drive through around 8pm. We place our order and the lady working the drive thru isn't very friendly. She says... it'll be 10-15 minutes. We let her know that's fine we will wait. She takes payment and ask us to pull up the the curb that itwill be out shortly. After 40 minutes of waiting I finally call the store bc there is a line in the drive thru now. And theydon't even know what is going on with my order. Terrible service too long to wait. Some people got food some didn't. Read more

This is the best Little Ceasars in Ohio they are nice and the food is always fresh right out the oven don't drive to Huntington... for soggy or burnt pizza well worth the extra gas to get fresh pizza!!!! Read more

Friendly employees and the food is very good. They are very busy but still didnt have to wait long for our food.
