Terrible service ????took us 45 minutes to get seated, we were told it would be 15 minutes... Then another 40 minutes to get... food after ordering. Definitely got the slowest most forgetful waitress in the restaurant. We watched as other guests wereseated and received good fast service from the other waitstaff. Maybe if you could get better server's. Not people who still act 12 years old . Nikki Butler thought it would be cute to tape... our food boxes shut hundreds of times just because she was friends with my partner. You would have thought I paid $60 for thetape that's how much she used. Disrespectful. My partner did call and report it and we got a replacement. Thank you Applebeesfor that. The waitress we had was incredibly slow, and was not very attentive in the slightest. We had been served cold food despite... waiting an extended amount of time. We had been served the wrong food on multiple occasions. And had been charged the wrongamount on multiple occasions. On top of all that the waitress swiped my aunt's card for someone else's meal. First time at this location. I will never go again ! The ribs I ordered looked like they were left out for quite some time, very... dry and very tough to chew. A huge disappointment , I usually love their ribs. The bar tender was quite nice and funny though :) Read more
Sara b was absolutely terrible. We waited 34 minutes just for a appetizer and not once were we talked too about the wait. 3... minutes after we had our food brought it. The pasta was completely dry with very little sauce, waffle fries were coated in ranchwitch was never said in the menu or asked when ordered. We were there for a hour and half because Sara talked so much shecouldn?t attend her customers on time to say the least can?t do her job. Never once did she apologize. If I could. I would give -1 stars! Server ?Anne? the older lady, with grey hair. Who brought me my food to me. I saw they had... my order wrong so I went to say something and she got flustered and threw the plate down and said ?Mike will fix it when hecomes out? very snotty and rude. My food was clearly sitting there for a while and I watched two people get seated AFTER I gothere and they got there food before me. Noted. They are SLOW right now, I sat for over an hour for a kids chicken Alfredo andDIDNT get my side of fries. Thankfully. I am from the Freeport area and I WILL NEVER return here. She totally ruined my firstexperience here and after this incident I couldn?t even eat. I have never been treated that horribly. Also had to go find myserver to get my tab so I could leave. Nice clean restaurant, bartenders Lisa & Kristen were very nice and knowledgeable. Female General Manger was very nasty to... customers about where to sit. She wanted to sit people within 1 ft right next to each other. During this pandemic that was not agood idea. I ask her were she in business to keep customers or run them away? I'm a regular so the service is always top notch. I had the Ceasar Salad with fries and a Bacon Whiskey Burger. It was... great. Update, I'm not a regular as often but the food is still great. Got an 8oz steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli andit's just as good as always. Got the Donut Dipper for dessert...might be my new favorite thing! Warm Donut pieces covered inpowdered sugar and dipped in carmel and hot fudge! There amazing! Read more
